House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Our home is located just around the lake from Fenn Valley winery.

Lake Michigan, South Haven and Saugatuck-Douglas are minutes away.

All three towns boast numerous festivals, craft shows and activities throughout the summer months.

Hutchins Lake is one of the cleanest all around family fun lake with boating, water-skiing, fishing and jet skiing.

The boat ramp is located just up the street and we have a deeded access lot with our own private dock shared by 4 other families.

Our home is very kid-friendly, we have a nice back yard with a fire pit and a deck for entertaining.

The front of the home has a nice sun room to enjoy a drink and relax after a day of fishing or boating.

Nice Vacation

We had a nice vacation at Ryan's Retreat. However, we rented it thinking there was a king size bed. There was only a king size pull out couch in the basement. All other beds are queens or twins. The basement was damp. Some of the twin beds would not be comfortable for adults. There were lots of air fresheners provided but if you are sensitive about (I think it was cats) smell this might not be the place for you.

Owner's Response: I am so sorry your stay was not perfect. We strive to have all of our guests to have a wonderful stay at our vacation getaway. We have been renting for many years and many guests find this to be the perfect spot. You are correct the bed sizes are Queen’s and twins, except for the pullout. We have made that change to all of our advertising. We do provide a dehumidifier in the lower level for our guests should it appear a little damp. Depending on the time of the year it may need to run. We have removed the air fresheners from our home, because we learned that many guests do not like them. We like to travel with our dogs and allows our guests to do the same. I am not aware of any cats staying at our home. We appreciate your input and welcome you back during your next stay to Hutchins Lake
