The condo complex has two pools--one of them overlooking the lake--and a hot tub. The unit is located on the top floor (up 12 steps) and has a great view of Workman Hollow Cove. It has been recently updated with fresh paint and new furniture, including a bar height patio set with 8 chairs to better enjoy the view on the large deck. There is a new boardwalk along the lake for you to stroll along, and several gazebos if you just want to sit and relax.

The spacious, open floor plan was originally designed as a three bedroom condo, and was redone to make for a large kitchen and living area that is great for entertaining. The living room faces the lake and has vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting and a gas fireplace. The large master bedroom, with vaulted ceilings also, has a king size bed and a walk-in closet. Access to the deck is also available from the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds and the sectional in the living room has a sofa-sleeper in case you need an extra bed. The California style bathroom with a tub/shower is connected to the second bedroom and the utility room with the washer/dryer. There are new flat screen TV's with DVD players in both the living room and master bedroom.

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need for cooking, and there is a gas grill available on the deck.

Sitting out on the deck at night is especially relaxing with the view of all the lights around the cove. A selection of board games and DVDs is available for your entertainment.

The cleaning fee is included in the price, and towels and linens are provided. This is a very clean unit and the complex is family oriented. No loud parties are tolerated and security is present on weekends. No smoking is allowed, including on the deck.
