I cannot say enough great things or give the thanks deserved regarding our stay at Diamond Head/Kahala House. Everything was taken care of by Debbie who is a blessing. She provided a Thanksgiving meal for our party of 6, including providing the foods need for our young granddaughter who is lactose and gluten intolerant and a diabetic. Talk about service........ The setting is ideal for a quiet get away, the pool was wonderful, the neighborhood is quiet, yet convenient to shopping,Waikiki, and many beaches. It was a vacation we (especially our grand kids) will be talking about for a long time. I want to thank the owners, their daughter and Debbie for allowing us into your lives, your home and making us feel so welcomed. From Alaska - Quyana (Thank you)

This Property was excellent for our Ohana Staycation. I'm from the isalnd of oahu But had a Family Reunion Here..Perfect home away from home.

I was fortunate enough to book a spot at this property for a large group of people. The owner and property manager aren't just good at what they do, they're good human beings! They went above and beyond a business transaction, and literally made all of us feel like family. The house itself, is clean, safe, well-maintained, and versatile. It's located in a neighborhood that had some in our group saying "Wow, this is the Beverly Hills of Oahu!" I'd especially recommend this home for family gatherings, and large groups. Mahalo to all who helped make our trip to special.

Staying at this house really made this vacation the best ever! We regularly vacation in Hawaii to visit family but this is the first time we rented a house. We are so glad we did! The house is just made for relaxation. The set-up and location of the house is perfect. The pocket doors make the indoor-outdoor living just what you would imagine a Hawaiian vacation should be. House CareTaker Debbie and husband Bill are very welcoming and helpful. We really hope to stay here again on future visits. Our group was 6 people, including 3 kids and 1 grandma. From our 7 year old - "This house was awesome because it had a pool and we did not have to use air-conditioning. Thank you to the people who let us stay here."

Our group consisted of 9 adults coming together for a Marine Corps Vietnam Reunion - we came from California, the East and West Coast of Florida and South Carolina, staying from 7/17/12 through 7/24/12. However, vacation actually started about a week before our arrival date - the day I received a call from a sweat voice saying 'Aloha from Honolulu'... Debbie was calling to see if we had any special needs and to find out how we would like the house laid out (ie, single or king beds in the rooms, etc). This call allowed me to relax and know our trip would be nothing less that Fabulous and Fantastic!! Upon our arrival, Debbie and her husband Bill were at the house to greet us ‘Hawaiian Style’ with a beautiful lei, showing us the house and making sure all our needs were met. She demonstrated a new meaning to Personal Attention! All the rooms were set up exactly as we had discussed along with beach items, coolers, etc available for our use. And did I mention the lanai? We basically lived in that area of the house - perfect for gathering for that morning cup of coffee as well as those late afternoon drinks around the poor... The house was the perfect location – easy to the interstate and stores… There was absolutely nothing I would change…

We were 7 adults/ family visiting Honululu and we had a great time. Debbie (property manager) is a wonderful lady, quite helpful. I would highly recommend this home if you are visiting with family or friends and looking forward to spending some quality time with each other. It is completely furnished with all kind of amenities you would ask for.

Located in the Kahala district of Honolulu, this lovely home suited us very well. It is large,comfortable with an well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfy beds. The pool is divine. Getting places was easy, except for high traffic times on Oahu and then everyone waits.The caretaker is a gem;helpful without being intrusive. Recommend it highly.

ThiS was a great house to rent. The layout is great to have a few couples at the house at once. The best part is the open outdoor area is in the middle of the house so you can just relax in the evenings with a group of friends. The pool was great especially for kids. I don't think we turned on the tv once during the week we were there or even sat on the couch, we were always on the patio. The care taker, Debbie, was great & was so kind to bring us her personal tables, chairs, and coolers when she found out we would have several people over all week celebrating our wedding. The decor is from the 90's but the great layout makes u forget about this. Had a good time.
