Beautiful house in perfect beach location

The house itself was gorgeous, spacious, and perfect for a large group! The home was so clean and well decorated, we never wanted to leave. Sitting on the back screened in porch was our favorite part of the trip. Located just a quick walk from Folly Beach, the house was nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. Quick trips on the golf cart & playing downstairs in the game room were a hit with the group.

Overall, I feel like we uncovered a hidden gem. Only advice is to keep very quiet after 10pm & pack your own kitchen supplies if you need something particular. But I have no doubt we'll be back for another trip next spring!

A Perfect Family Retreat

We were thrilled to find this rental! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, immaculate home. Our family came from 4 different locations for a wedding and this home accommodated us perfectly! You put great thought into just about everything a family could need. The tucked-away private location in the quiet, welcoming community was so relaxing. We loved that it is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Of course, the use of the golf cart was such a neat bonus! Everyone was delightfully entertained by the games in the garage. Although TV and wifi were available, we had little use for that with everything else offered. What a pleasure it was gathering together each night on the screened in porch to recap our day. This home made for an amazing family vacation and we were all so very pleased with your hospitality. Thank you SO much!

Just a side - two things we thought would be handy to add - a large bowl for mixing or for a salad. Also, towel hooks down by the outdoor shower would be nice for hanging wet beach towels to dry.

Our vacation was everything we wanted! Kelly was great answering any questions. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to rent and here are reasons why:

1. House was very clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated.
2. Great amenities - wifi, games etc. The townhouse has everything you need except for personal items.
3. Super comfortable bed!!!
4. Golf cart is great for taking a tour of Folly Beach
5. Walking distance to the beach
6. Great location, quiet street away from main street
7. It really felt like a home not a rented beach house
8. Airconditioner works really well.

Not that it matters too much when you're on vacation but if you are bringing children, there are limited tv channels so bring dvds. Folly beach has great casual restaurants like Lost Dog.

The stay was wonderful. The home was beautiful, in a location not far from the beach. Everything was described in accurate detail. The was house was clean and immaculate. I would definitely recommend this place, if you're looking for a nice cozy place to stay in Charleston. The golf cart provided an easy commute to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We decided to make a quick getaway to Folly Beach for the weekend and chose this beautiful home. The home was absolutely beautiful and VERY clean. We enjoyed the quiet vibe on the river and because of the golf cart (provided by the owners), we were able to travel all over the island! Thank you for a great weekend vacation!
