Guests enter through a charming rose entwined arbor, graced with welcoming little white twinkle lights. Step through the arbor and into your own private screened porch oasis. Your elegant, romantic screened porch is graced with gauzy sheers and faux silk curtains just in case a little more privacy is in order!

The screened porch offers a relaxing private corner hot tub, a 42'' plasma TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable seating. Enjoy morning coffee and catch up on the news while your sweetie catches a few more winks in the cottage....or just enjoy a romantic movie while soaking in the hot tub! Either way, guests say our new screened porch is heaven in the Hill Country!

Inside the cottage you will find a beautiful king size four-poster bed, complete with luxurious silk and velvet Reilly Chance bedding. You will also enjoy the comfortable love seat at the foot of the bed which offers a perfect spot for enjoying your ambiance fireplace and yet another 42'' flat screen TV.

Arbor Cottage also offers a mini-kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot and fixin's plus a cozy breakfast nook for two. You will also enjoy the private bath with a spacious shower.

This cottage is exactly as described. Great location near Main Street so you can easily walk to anywhere you need to go. Hot tub was great and one of the more comfortable beds I've ever come across. Check in and out was a breeze.

The Arbor Cottage was a perfect little hideaway for our anniversary in Fredericksburg. We loved that it was so private - no shared walls! The hot tub on the screened-in porch was just lovely. We soaked by firelight and lounged on the porch. The bed, the furnishings, the little kitchenette, were all comfortable and enjoyable. It was a wonderful place for two people in love!

Awesome Getaway at the Arbor

My husband and I came to Fredericksburg for our first vacation without the children in 11 years. Between the check-in, breakfast certificates and central location - this was one of the best and easiest vacations I have ever had. We loved the Arbor, it was cute and quiet and perfect for the two of us. We will definitely recommend Absolute Charm to our friends.

I surprised my wife with a weekend away and stayed at the Arbor Cottage. We were both extremely satisfied with the property and the privacy it offered. The hot tub was fabulous and will definitely be a big plus in the colder months when the fireplace can be enjoyed as well. My hat is off to the staff in providing a clean, romantic get-a-way that we were able to enjoy. We will definitely make this an annual event now.

My husband and I stayed at Arbor Cottage for our 5 year anniversary. It was so clean and was decorated really cute! We really loved the hot tub! What a great addition to this charming place!
