This is a very well-built home that has been recently remodeled within the past year. Great attention to detail went in to the remodel. It's in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. It has a large yard with plenty of places to enjoy the sun or dine outside in comfort. Close to the 101 and all there is to do in Scottsdale. Truly an up-scale home away from home.

We loved our stay there, the house was nice and big so the family had plenty of room. The kitchen was nice and open, the whole house had lots of light, and everything has been newly renovated. We Loved the downstairs where my husband and I could go and retreat and allow the kids the upstairs. Loved the master tub, granite countertops, and my favorite the very large walk in closet that was the size of most spare bedrooms! The neighborhood was quiet and close to parks and a lake, we hope to be able to walk to the parks/lake next time. The location was perfect, everything was so convient and Fashion Square Mall was 5 minutes away. Love Scottsdale!

Great rental property

This home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Love the kitchen! It really helped that there were two master suites too. Close to old town Scottsdale restaurants / bars, trails, and the casinos. WOW!!! I will stay here every time I visit Scottsdale!
