We selected this house based on the reviews on this website as well as the reasonable price for a week's stay. We were a party of 7 visiting Las Vegas to celebrate a memorial service. Prior to the trip, communication with the house manager exceeded expectations. On arrival, the house was absolutely clean and everything was as described and then some! The furniture was modern and comfortable. The big screen LCD TV in the family room was impressive. The kitchen was impeccable with all the appliances and amenities necessary - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and more. Our family was in this house at Thanksgiving. The house has an excellent location, and it had everything we wanted and more. We enjoyed the Wi-Fi and eating out by the pool. Nice car garage for a Minivan. The monorail is literally 5 miles in car with absolutely no traffic. That is the best way to visit Las Vegas if you would like to walk to all the attractions and Casinos (this worked perfect for us - as we did "Las Vegas w/ kids). A grocery store is just 2 minutes away (in car) for all your shopping and banking needs. The house is just blocks from Chinatown. You can go to any restaurant around the area and get some good Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese or Korean food. If you are not into Asian Cuisine, there are more plenty to choose from. We catered from Larry’s for Thanksgiving and enjoyed the amplitude of the home. You don’t want a car? The place is close to everything walking distance, and you can always get a taxi to drive you to the Monorail or to any Casino and back home. We have family that lives in Las Vegas, and when they came to see the home, they were amazed at how close we were to the strip and how quiet the residential area still was. We had kids, a baby and senior citizens and EVERYONE was pleased! We visited the Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam. There is no doubt that if we come back to Las Vegas we will rent this place out again. If you are going for longer than a weekend I highly recommend renting this house. It was way better that a hotel!

Everything was great. Just as represented on website. Convenient to strip, and grocery stores. Would stay again. Mike was very easy to work with. We all had a wonderful vacation.

This property was everything we hoped for and more. It's centrally located to the Strip and other activities in the area and close to grocery stores, yet it's quiet, private, and relaxing. We were pleased to find the home clean and well-stocked with everything we could think of needing and more. The backyard and pool were perfect for enjoying any time of the day, and the home is well decorated and furnished, with plenty of space for our young family. The owner responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had and has definitely sent the bar for us when we rent homes in the future!

This house offered everything we needed; the location is ideal for short trips to the strip, just ten minutes away, enough shops in the direct area and when you sit by the pool, you do not notice any noise or what so ever at all. The WiFi provided ,important these days, was quite sufficient for our boys. The house itself is complete , clean and you don’t feel like you are in a vacation home. We had a very good week here.

I've rented houses in Las Vegas a few times prior to renting this one and have been underwhelmed. This house is well maintained and included all of the amenities me and my guests could have possible needed: clean towels, clean dishes and flatware, bbq, and beautiful decor.

I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Vegas retreat just minutes away from the strip. In addition, the owner of the house is very responsive and on top of your needs.

We stayed here from May 29 to May 31,2011. It's a $12.00 cab fare to the strip and about the same to the downtown area. The house is very well taken care of and could easily accomadate 6-8 people. There are two living/family rooms(only one with a TV) and a very large backyard that could seat twelve on a covered patio. The backyard is quite large and the pool is a good size, but the pool is not heated. The garage (a three car) is awesome, we rented an SUV and it fit in easily. This made it much easier to load and unload things from the vehicle as there is access from the garage to the living room. This house wouldn't be for everyone, but it's in a nice qiuet area minutes from the strip and was exactly what we were looking for. I'm sure we'll stay here again in the future.
