Charming, comfortable and safe, with 3 suites and 1 room

Located in the upscale condominium Yacamim Reserve & Residential (Odebrecht), an area of ??environmental preservation and safety, comfort and privacy, the house is 100 meters from the beach of the hottest Corral de Ilhabela.

The house is new, very well located, literally embraced by the forest! Wide, well decorated, bright and friendly, sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, 3 suites, all with ceiling fan with remote control. The orange master suite with a queen size bed, bathroom with double sink and shower, a pink suite with a queen bed, a blue suite with 2 single beds box (processed together as a couple) and the green room with double bed double futon. Three of the rooms have balconies with beautiful views of the forest.

Spacious living room with TV (SKY), integrated with the dining room (with barbecue, oven and wood stove) and well equipped kitchen with stove 6 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, mixer and other kitchen utensils . Laundry with sink and washing machine and tumble dryer.

The environments are well distributed, comfortable and welcoming and any one of them manages to privacy. On the main deck, a Jacuzzi with sun loungers delicious and beautiful views of the sea and the forest through the trees.

Realmente uma casa maravilhosa. Muito conforto e muito bom gosto na decoração. A quantidade de natureza ao redor é incrível, parece uma casa na árvore dos sonhos!

Casa muito acolhedora, bem decorada e com tudo novo e conservado. Os quartos possuem colchões muito confortáveis e ventiladores de teto modernos com controle remoto. Cozinha muito bem equipada, com churrasqueira e forno de barro anexos à mesma. Muitos vidros e terraços, que permitem uma integração com a natureza fantástica que a rodeia. As praias são acessíveis à pé, pode deixar seu carro na garagem. Enfim, um verdadeiro paraíso. Não só recomendo o imóvel como pretendo voltar sempre que possível.
