Located off of Lakewood Drive in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach, Our Beachfront II condo is lovingly named Mermaid Manor! Neatly Decorated, it’s the perfect vacation spot for the budget conscious traveler!

With sleeping accommodations for 6 people there is enough space for the kids to bring a friend. The private master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath with separate vanity area. The cheerfully decorated bunk room is a perfect spot for the kids 2 bunk beds provide sleeping for four.

The living dining and kitchen are spacious with large leather sectional sofa, dining area seating for 6 and 3 additional spaces at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with down to the cork screw.

Relax on the recently renovated corner balcony and enjoy your view of Deer Lake. Or splash in the large community pool (heated in fall and winter) or lounge it the shade of the charming tiki hut on the pool deck.

This Beaches of South Walton vacation condo is just a short walk (75-100 yard) from the brilliant white beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Delight in the tranquility of the emerald coast as you cruise along the bike path lining the 30-An on one of the 2 complimentary bikes provided for this vacation home.

If you want to take up stand up paddle boarding this is the condo for you!! Just a short walk east is Deer Lake State park or head west to Eastern Lake. Mermaid Manor is Fantastic!

Mermaid Manor was a perfect location for our beach getaway! The unit is on the end so we had a fabulous deck to enjoy with lush views out into the trees and over the lake. It was very quiet and peaceful to hear the birds chirping in the morning along with the surf crashing off in the distance. We got great use out of the bikes and saw more of the area than we would in a car. We wanted to take out the kayaks but the water was a bit cold so that will be the plan for the next stay. Great to have wifi access to get a little bit of work done in between beach sessions. Perfect location with plenty of restaurant options close by but far enough away from the heavy traffic areas. A+, highly recommended and will be booking again soon!

An ABSOLUTELY PERFECT getaway with the family!

I can't say enough about this place. The property, the location, the weather......EVERYTHING was PERFECT. The photos very accurately portrayed the property. It was EXACTLY what we thought we were renting. We felt a little like celebrities, being one of the few people at the property with an extra large deck/balcony! The availability of covered parking was perfect to shade the vehicle while we played on the beach or in the pool. The beach was a short walk from the property that none of my 4 small children had a problem with. Our children LOVED the 'kids' room. The two sets of bunk-beds were really neat and all of the kids had their own bed. The layout of unit worked perfectly for both my wife and myself and our 4 children.
We will most definitely be renting this property again.

I also can't say enough about the friendly and accommodating service provided by the rental manager and property maintenance group.

A lot of our time was spent in Seaside.....WHAT A NEAT PLACE, and literally just a couple of miles away. I would definitely recommend eating at Bud and Alley's, The Pizza Bar, and the street-side vendors in Seaside, Whiskey Bravo 723, and also Pompano Joe's in Destin. We had great food and great service with minimal waiting at all of these locations.
