I am managing this apartment for the owner Loren in addition to the house my husband and I own in the Lake City area (only 10 min. from our apartment) Rob and I are also the resident apartment managers for this apartment building.
I've really enjoyed being able to work from home while I raise my two boys. We've been running a vacation rental for the past two years and it has been a fun and interesting way to meet and work with people from all over the world.
When I am not taking care of my family or helping others with their vacation travels, I enjoy painting figures and landscapes in my Lake City Studio. Many of my landscape prints are on display in the apartment as well.
I really enjoy being apart of creating great vacationing spots in North Seattle neighborhoods. Many people are surprised when I tell them about a vacation rental in the Northgate area, but there are actually many people looking for something other than the big city stay during their trip to Seattle.
This apartment is great because it really is close to everything. We are located in an interesting spot because just a block away is the fairly busy street Aurora (highway 99) but our immediate street boarders the quite and beautiful Broadview neighborhood. So you can easily get to downtown Seattle in no time and then be able to leave it and come away to a quieter north seattle neighborhood.
