Wonderful Trip

I had a wonderful time here. Emilio was so easy to work with and very helpful. He made sure he was available to help me with anything we needed. The house was clean. It has a wonderful view from the kitchen and masterbedroom. I was so amazed at how nice the house was kept. This is a great property for anyone who is looking to get away for a weekend. All the bedroom were a nice size. I will be returning this summer for another weekend trip. I look forward to working with Emilio again. Well worth the money. I give this house 5 starts hands down. You will not regret staying here.

Really Nice place

Emillo was wonderful to work with. He is professional, easy to talk to and quickly replies to inquiries.He was willing to provide us with an accomodation that fit our needs.
Unit was perfect, accurately described and extremely clean. Best of all it was adjacent to Camelback Mountain. I would recommend this rental to others who are looking for either a winter or summer getaway.

Great house with great location!!

Emilio was a pleasure to rent from. He was responsive and accommodated all our requests.
The house is located 1 mile from Camelback and you can actually see the trails from the living room window which is super pretty at night when they are all lit up :)
It is a town house so it is connected to another unit however while we were there, it was vacant which was nice. Every room was immaculate and nicely decorated. There is a master bedroom with a huge king bed, two rooms with queens and one room with two sets of bunk beds. There are also several couches. We very comfortably slept 12 people in this house.
Overall, everything worked our perfectly and the house exceeded our expectations. Great deal for the price!!
Note: The house does not have some basic things which we needed to go out and buy so might want to pack the following: paper towels, extra garbage bags (only had 2 which was not enough for us), lighter to light fire place, toilet paper (there are a few rolls in the house but we needed to buy more as we ran out). Also, if you plan on cooking, all appliances are there but bring your own seasonings and olive oil.

Very Nice Place - Would Certainly Come Back

My family enjoyed 5 full days at Camelback while staying at this home. The home is about a mile from the ski resort. It was spacious and very comfortable. Cable and internet worked just fine. All the furniture is brand new and in excellent condition. The kitchen came with all the utensils you need to cook as if you are in your own home. Although we didn't use the fireplace, the family room was very cozy. We had a great time. The owners are also very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. If you plan to travel and its snowing a lot you may want to wait until the roads are clear. Some hills near camelback are very steep and even though we had a front wheel drive car, the slushy ice/snow had us stalled a couple of times. The community does keep the roads clear so once a storm passes there are no issues.
