This is a separate residence from our home. Our home is at the end of the swimming pool. The guest house is the building parallel to the pool connected to the lanai and to the right of the lanai.

Come and relax in a place where there are no problems, just peacefulness. Swim in your own pool or a short ride to the beach. Relax in the evening by the outside fireplace on the lanai.

Large lanai with gas grill, concrete counter tops and sink, ceiling fans, teak dining table and chairs, glider, rocking chairs and teak steamer chairs for sunning or napping.
The entire rear of the property is equipped with a mosquito proof system that is essential in Charleston.
Downtown and Folly Beach 15-20 minutes easy drive.
Not to worry, if you are flying in, we will supply you with beach chairs, towels and a cooler - if beach is on you list - but once you see the pool and the resort like atmosphere of the guest house, you will not want to leave.

The South Carolina coast is well-known for its championship golf courses, offshore fishing or inshore fishing at the city's marina, history, walking tours and shopping. Pack as much or as little as desired.
