Firstly, the property was very easy to find, no problems accessing the key or with the codes for the security gate. Upon entering, the condo presents as very clean and smells that way with no lingering odours at all.
We stayed here because of it's close proximity to the Disney theme parks and using our gps, found the parks very easily. It was walking distance to a supermarket, pizza store, liquor store and others (which you didn't need to cross a busy road to get to!).
Perfect accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. We had 4 adults and found the twin beds in one of the bedrooms a little small for full grown adults but as we only stayed 3 nights and the price was so good and the rest of the accommodation was excellent, we didn't mind. I say that as being one of the adults that didn't sleep in a twin bed! :-) Nicely laid out inside with 2 bathrooms making it easy for everyone to use these amenities without being on top of one another. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently with utensils etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and if we were ever to visit Orlando again, this is somewhere I would choose to stay.

The condo was very clean and completely sufficient for our needs. We were very pleased with the accomodations and would definitely stay there again when traveling to Florida. O apartamento supera as expectativas. É grande, espaçoso, aconchegante e confortável. Estava impecavelmente arrumado quando chegamos, e ainda pudemos contar com mimos, como pequenos chocolates e uma carta de boas vindas deixada pelos proprietários.
A localização do apartamento é muito boa, perto de restaurantes e supermercados, em uma área muitíssimo agradável. Parques da Disney ficam 10 minutos de distância, Universal e Sea World em torno de 20-30 minutos.
O atendimento prestado pelos proprietários é excelente. Fiz a locação totalmente por email, e tive todas as minhas dúvidas atendidas com precisão e rapidez. Paguei por depósito bancário, já convertido em Reais. Tudo de forma muito clara e profissional.
Em resumo, posso dizer que tive um atendimento profissional no que se refere a suporte, pagamento e serviço prestado, e ao mesmo tempo me senti acolhido por uma família, dado o cuidado com pequenos detalhes, como a arrumação e decoração do apartamento, e a amabilidade e simpatia no tratamento comigo e minha família.

Eu simplesmente adorei o apartamento, o condomínio é tranquilo e muito organizado.A propriedade é muito confortável e extremamente limpa, o que pra mim é muito importante. Nos sentimos em casa, a proprietária foi imensamente cuidadosa conosco, percebemos o seu carinho em cada detalhe da decoração, com chocolates e um cartão de boas vindas. Estou indicando aos meus amigos e com certeza pretendo ficar neste apartamento da próxima vez.

Apartamento perfeito, fez com que o sonho de conhecer a Disney fosse completo.
Muito bem localizado perto de tudo, super aconchegante fez com que nos sentissemos em casa.

O Apartamento é simplesmente maravilhoso!
As crianças adoraram o quarto, os chocolates e os presentes que vocês deixaram para eles.
Quanto ao Paulo e a Rita, não tenho palavras para descrever, o quanto foram amáveis e atenciosos, conhecê-los pessoalmente foi um prazer.
O que tem no apartamento supera o que as fotos do site mostra. Isso porque eles cuidam pessoalmente de tudo. E ainda fomos premiados em poder conhecer pessoalmente este casal maravilhoso e batalhador.
Com certeza voltaremos a nos horpedar em suas propriedades quando estivermos novamente em Orlando e no que depender de nós não vai demorar.

Pela primeira vez otpamos por alugar um apartamento na visita à Orlando, e a sensação de chegar "em casa" ao final de cada dia era maravilhosa!

Completíssimo com tudo novinho, bom gosto e capricho, tornaram os momentos que passamos no apartamento uma das melhores lembranças dessas férias.

Pros:
Kid/baby friendly. Baby Gear provided, simple baby stroller, pack and play crib, and a high chair. Upon entering the house, we're welcomed with a Minnie mouse stroller, and a goodie bag for the baby (which was a winnie the pooh plush). On each bed there was chocolate provided for us. In the pack and play crib, there was a brand new baby bottle and a few diapers. In the fridge, she left us a basket of fruits and a gallon of water, which was really nice of her. The kitchen is fully loaded, with small/medium size pots and pans. There were Tuppers! Never been to a rented house that provided Tupperware, which I was impressed.
My husband and brother was impressed with the closed out balcony, that led from the living room to the master bdrm. the Balcony is mosquito protected with mesh netting. The house was very cleaned and well maintained, you can tell she takes pride in her rent away home.
The house is close to everything!! There's a lot of eateries nearby to choose from. Grocery store options: Publix (similar to albertsons) and Super target, which is everything in one (you can also get your Disney World souvenirs here). There is also a Walgreen across the street.
Cons:
Because it is a kid friendly place, safety comes first; the only knives provided were 2 small knives, (about 2 inch blades) there weren't any cutting boards or scissors. luckily we had some scissors in the car. and as far as the cutting boards, we just bought some of those plastic mats. the dish washing machine didn't dry our dishes.
There really weren't any big complaints about this place.
Tips:
If you are staying longer than 3 days, I recommend you bring more Toilet paper and paper towels. Dish soap and laundry detergent is not provided.We packed dish soap and a few pods for the dish washing machine.

She's a very sweet and understanding lady. She answered to all my emails in a timely matter, and we also had the pleasure to meet her. She accommodated us to our check in and check out times. She provided us with outstanding rates.
Overall, this place was "home" to us. It was comfortable and cozy. I will keep her on our top 10 favorites to rent from.
