Venice and Nokomis Beach 5 Min, Sarasota 15 Min, new screened Lanai, Disney 2h

We have a beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, includes all utilities, washer/dryer, flat screen TV and outdoor gas grill. The bedrooms have both a good size. There is a patio on the south-west side that opens to the covered lanai with chairs for relaxing. We are about a 5 minute drive to Casey Key beaches. Many golf courses and other activities around.

In the huge backyard is an old oak tree which gives you some shade. You can enjoy the old Florida living. The backyard is on a saltwater canal with your own private boat dock and 10 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, where you can explore the nature at the water or you can use our Canoe to explore or BYOB (bring your own boat) or rent one just down the road at the Marina!

Join locals and visitors dancing in the drum circle on Wednesday and Saturday evenings while the drums beat as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 restaurants where you can eat while overlooking the intracoastal water, and watch boats go by. We are just a short distance to the north jetty of Nokomis and the south jetty of Venice. Enjoy a theater production at the Venice little theater, shop the boutiques in Venice and eat at one of the sidewalk cafes. Located just 15 minutes south of the restaurants, bars and nightlife around Siesta Key and Sarasota. The Legacy Trail bike trail is around the corner and bikes are available. The Legacy Trail offers areas to stop, rest, learn about its history or just enjoy the natural beauty surrounding in that area.

We are in easy access to 3 major airports (Sarasota, Tampa, and Fort Myers). Truly a great vacation paradise! No Smoking please.

we enjoyed the stay with the quiet and central location on the water. Everything is nice and clean. We recommend it for beaching and boating.

good memories with nice location

We had a long trip to Florida, but as we arrived we suddenly felt like home. The home is older, but everything is very clean and the interior is redone. Quiet but central location with nice backyard and private dock. We spent a couple of days on the Gulf of Mexico and it is a perfect location for boaters. As usual we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at Casey Key and the white sand of Siesta Key. We had a good time! Thanks to Christoph, you are awesome!!!
