This apartment was perfect for our family of four....to include two adult daughters. This was our second trip to Puerto Rico, and our 8th trip to a Carribean location. We have all agreed this trip was probably the best so far.

The location of the apartment is ideal if you want to get away from a lot of the tourists and just want some peace and quiet on the beach. While the complex does have many things for younger kids to do, our family was only interested in the pool and the workout room. Most of our time was spent on the beach. The beach in front of the apartment was nice for walking and looking for sea shells, but not really for swimming. However, Jobos Beach was great for anything you could want to do, including taking surfing lessons, and only a short walk away. There were TONS of great places to eat within a very short drive (and a few more we wanted to visit, but ran out of vacation. LOL)...10 minutes or less, with a grocery store also very close. There was a gas station right at the entrance to the apartments, so getting a few supplies on Christmas eve (when we arrived) wasn't as difficult as it might have been otherwise. The only day trip we made was to the factory outlet mall, as requested by our daughters. They were extremely happy with their savings on perfume at that mall.

The apartment itself was in great condition. The owner thought of just about everything. We had access to a hammock, a bike, a portable cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, surf board, board games, a grill, etc, etc, etc. We only used about half of the items that were available, but it was nice to have options.

The apartment was very clean, the air conditioners in the bedrooms were very efficient. Having a washer/dryer was also nice. We only used it for a few of the towels, but next time we'll know we can pack even lighter.

There was initially a concern about the wireless, but it worked fine. The only two issues we had were minor (including a bathroom door that 'sticks' and the additional flat screen in the bedroom wasn't hooked up), but the owner has been made aware of them and will be taking care of them, I'm sure.

We've had great, reliable communications with the owner. She's actually seemed been more worried about the few problems we had than we were!

All in all, I'd say this is a great place to stay. Even though we never stay in the same area twice...we are seriously thinking about coming back next near.....
