Guests must abide by the rules of the community. These may be posted in the unit or at the community pool or office. These rules may change from time to time. Please note there is a $100 fine for jumping off the waterfall
NO PARKING BOATS, RV, TRAILERS, ETC...: It is against HOA restrictions for any of these to be parked in the driveway or open parking spaces at any time. The HOA will fine $100 and this will be charged to your account. There is a storage facility available nearby which can be used instead of the driveway/parking
