Planning a trip to the beautiful Coral Ridge area in Washington, Utah? Why not stay somewhere truly amazing to make your vacation as special as possible?

You’ll be able to spread out in this beautiful 2700 square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome. It was literally just finished being built in October 2012, so it’s totally brand new! There’s room for up to 10 guests to sleep in this luxurious home, so it’s the perfect size for families or groups of friends traveling together. You’ll fall in love with the “travel-themed” interior décor, which contrasts well with the gorgeous red rocks of Southern Utah. Enjoy the brand new furnishings, 37” TVs in each bedroom, and the full kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large dining room table has plenty of room to entertain your hungry guests! The kids will love playing with the Wii or watching movies on the 52” upstairs TV while you relax out on the covered patio, drink in hand. Doesn’t get much better than that!

If you have them, make sure you bring along your golf clubs, hiking boots, fishing poles, bikes, or boat – There are plenty of opportunities to use all of your outdoor recreation equipment here! You’ll find Sand Hollow State Park just a short drive away as well as Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. You’re truly in the best place to enjoy the best of Southern Utah and all the beauty surrounding it!

Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed and 2 Twin beds next to a full bathroom

Additional Sleeping:

A bonus pullout Queen bed can sleep 2 extra guests

Policies:

No smoking

No pets allowed

Guests must abide by the rules of the community. These may be posted in the unit or at the community pool or office. These rules may change from time to time. Please note there is a $100 fine for jumping off the waterfall

NO PARKING BOATS, RV, TRAILERS, ETC...: It is against HOA restrictions for any of these to be parked in the driveway or open parking spaces at any time. The HOA will fine $100 and this will be charged to your account. There is a storage facility available nearby which can be used instead of the driveway/parking

We had the most wonderful stay in this town home. It was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. The views were beautiful and we were close to everything you could want in town including movies, restaurants, golf, tons of shopping and fun activities.

The home provided everything we could need for sleeping, showering, cooking, etc. It even had games, movies and a wii for the kids. We loved the floor plan. It was great for entertaining our big group, but allowed plenty of quiet places to put the babies down for naps.

The decorations and character just added to the charm of the Around the World theme. We couldn't think of a single negative thing other than we wish we could have stayed forever. It was a great vacation and I know that every time we are in the area, this will be the place we will stay!
