I love my city and I'd love to share it with you.
I was attending Columbia University when I met my partner at his cafe in TriBeCa, while studying and sipping one of the best coffees I had ever tasted. For months after, I would jump on the train and make the trek downtown to visit him, or he would make the drive up to Morningside Heights with a cup of his finest to share between classes.
When we decided to get a place together, I moved down and he moved up, to the heart of Manhattan. We settled on the crossroads at 69th, his birth year, and Columbus, a tribute to my alma mater. Both lovers of nature unable to give up the whirl of city life, our tiny garden sealed the deal. Like all great relationships, we found a way to meet in the middle.
Two floors, skylights, and a terrance are hard to come by in NYC.
