Spectacular view. I loved the palm trees and white sand beaches with the tropical turquiose colored water. The apartment was a great place to view the natural beauty of Puerto Rico as well as experience the local culture. The apartment was very clean and the beds so comfortable. The living area was spacious with plenty of seating. Great location between the Marriott and the Ritz Carlton. Within walking distance to the exquisite El San Juan Hotel, the local favorite restaurant Metropol and even the food from my area of the country (Atlanta, GA) Chili's and Outback. Safety and information was readily available to us at the security station located at the front entrance. The owner was gracious and very accommodating to our needs. We had an unforgettable trip. Thank you very much!!

This was a perfect place for me and the family. The condo is located next door to the Marriot on a very nice stretch of beach front. The description is exactly what you get and the condo was well worth it. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends. Thx Roberto

Great place in a great location

This apartment is on the ocean next door to the Marriott Courtyard in Isla Verde. The apartment is very clean with everything you need and much more spacious than a hotel would have been. I believe the building is mostly locals (maybe more people on the weekend) as we didnt see many at all during the week. The location is very close to the airport which was nice when driving around PR you could follow airport signs and get back to Isla Verde. There were plenty of local spots to eat within walking distance and a 24 hour grocery and Walgreens as well. The apartment was very secure and parking was very easy. Roberto was great to work with and I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for one week. We were a group of 4 guys. There was plenty of room for all of us. This apartment is in a quiet and very secure building right next door to the Courtyard Marriott. The description is very accurate. It was everything I expected. The owner was very hospitable and even provided transportation from the airport. Apartment was clean and well-maintained. There is a grocery store within walking distance. We saved a lot of money by cooking our own meals. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
