I want to buy this house one day!!!
When I drove in and saw the house for the first time I was excited!
I reminded myself that it was a rental and the furnishings would probably be a little on the cheap side-I was SO wrong! The house is gorgeous inside and out. The furniture is high quality and the house is beautifully decorated. The washer/dryer are brand new and high end. The garage easily held all our cars. I want to buy this home or a home like it one day.
The best part though was opening this entire wall of glass onto a huge lanai that overlooked one of the most serene views I have ever seen.
I couldn't wait to hit the golf course! We rented golf carts and rode all over the 27 holes and to the lakes and rivers. We rode them over to the marina at Plantation and took a pontoon out on the river and saw Manatee!!! I have never seen one in person so I was amazed at how large they are yet so graceful. The river is gorgeous and we took it right to the mouth of the ocean. We even docked at a place called Crackers and got out and ate on the deck and just had the best time.
We took the carts over to the hotel and enjoyed the food and the bar. The ambiance is awesome. Finally, we went to the spa in the hotel and had the most relaxing facials and massages (well we girls did). This was a huge decision and a huge chance to book this house-I wanted all my family together for Christmas and I wanted it to be the Christmas of a lifetime. It went far beyond my expectation.
I have only one complaint, as we all did, nobody wanted to leave. We were all supposed to leave bright and early after Christmas and everyone kept lingering until it was the afternoon when we all started driving home (me to DC!). I love this place and Crystal River. I will be back as soon as possible.
We are happy that you were able to experience much that 7th Heaven has to offer.
One indeed knows they are in the right place at the right time when they open the doors and come inside.
