Awesome!!

I rented the penthouse for a week because my daughter who lives in Tampa was getting married and there were a lot of out of town guests including myself. There was so much room, the pictures you see do not do it justice, it is amazing! The females of the bridal party all came here to get ready and the photographer got some awesome shots of them on the balcony. Lauren was awesome as far as communication goes. If you want an awesome get away this is the place to stay it was worth every dime!! Thanks!!

Great place to stay in Ybor, Tampa

I have visited Ybor several times, generally staying in the Hilton on 9th, love the area, great food, great atmosphere etc. This time I was visiting with colleagues attending a conference, now as a seasoned traveller I like to try things new, but my colleagues were a little more conservative and used to the sanctuary of the normal corporate accommodation offered by the Hilton/Marriott etc.
So yea the loft was a little shock for them, but overall it was a good stay, the apartment is well equipped and a real home from home, which suited me perfectly, and if I was planning a party weekend in Ybor with a couple of friends it would be a great spot. It did work this time, as our colleagues know each other well, and we held a customer meeting round the pool table as well.
So why not 5 stars, to access both bathrooms you have to pass through a bed room to get their, so for those who need to pay a nocturnal visit, this may be an issue.
Finally a word about our host Lauren, excellent communication at all times from initial enquiry, to checking everything was ok when we arrived to post visit evaluation.

My family and I visited the loft in Ybor and had a blast. The place was enormous and there was more than enough activites within walking distance that we never really had to use the rental car to go anywhere....we just walked.
The theater, bars, restaurants, clubs, its like an all-in-one community there. The trolley was very convenient to take to the channelside district and shop, and we even went to the aquarium while we were there.
Its such a nice area, and convenient to many things that we didnt even get to try this trip. Theres no question we are coming back for more. Thanks again Lauren

Amazing!

The loft in Ybor was an amazing place. Another reviewer already mentioned this, but the pictures dont begin to describe what this place has to offer. It is a huge space for plenty of people, and if you just brought some sleeping bags / air mattresses as we did, you will be able to fit 16 people in there comfortably. The location was also nice in that we could walk to everything in Ybor. The trolley to channelside and convention center were a nice bonus as well.
The beach and Busch Gardens were very close drive away, which made it nice with a bunch of noisy kids in the car.
Thanks Lauren, we had a fabulous time and will plan to visit again next year.

Great Location and Large Space

Recently stayed for a conference at the Tampa Convention Center. Location is prime for bars and restaurants in Ybor City. We had a party of 8 people and we had a great time. Beds were shared. We comfortably hosted a dinner party of 15 people on the balcony. Private gated parking was very convenient. It was also nice to be able to do laundry during the week. Our contact, Lauren was always very nice to talk with. She also helped us out right away, when we locked the keys in the loft! All in all a nice and enjoyable stay!

This place was great, from the layout to, sleeping arrangements, patio, pool table, full kitchen, high ceilings, natural light, and wood floors. Ideally located off the highway, close to everything pretty much in tampa. We stayed the weekend and enjoyed every minute. Thanks!

I LOVE this home. It has an amazing location - extremely CLEAN - and the covered patio area is perfection. The high ceilings combined with the fabulous shining wood flooring make this place an ideal spot to explore and enjoy Tampa Bay!

Amazing place in interesting Ybor City

This place is a paradise for people who like to have fun. Great open floor plan with pool table and amazing "New Orleans" style patio. Plenty of room for couples or singles. It made all my guests draws drop as it did mine. I decided to throw my brothers bachelor party here due to convenient location. It was so easy to walk to local bars, hop on the trolley or drive to where you need to go. The private parking was a great bonus too. As I said, close to many attractions and brewery's. With Hard Rock Casino, St pete about 30 mins away where we did deep sea fishing there really isn't any place better. You'll end up paying more in a tiny hotel with nothing to do. Ybor is an interesting place with quite a few unique characters. So if you're easily spooked or not open minded Ybor is not for you. Either way you could still totally avoid the locals and hit up more "trendy" Channel side or even go to Busch Garden. Lauren was very friendly and helpful owner. If we ever feel the need for some more fun in the area there is no other place to go but the loft in Ybor!

This was our first trip to Tampa and it was great! The house (loft) was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect (real close to Downtown, the St. Pete Times Forum, Channelside district). We enjoyed the large private balcony with enough tables and chairs to have a nice party there. The homeowner was helpful and made the rental process very easy & smooth. We're definitely coming back to this house during our next visit. I recommend this rental to all families.
P.S. Make sure you are ok with stairs, because it is the whole second floor of a large building.
