Our family of 5 with 3 older children loved our stay in this apartment north of the city center. There was abundance of space for each person to have room to relax, check up on speedy Internet, watch large screen TV and Playstation. Beds are comfy and large rooms. Metro stop was about 10 minute walk from the apartment. Groceries are immediately around the corner and have everything needed for quick family meals. We will be sharing this location with our friends and if we return to Barcelona, this is my first choice to stay.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful apartment with two friends. We loved it. The location is ideal, close to many great restaurants and shops and an ideal base for exploring Barcelona. Very clean and well maintained. The living room was especically comfortable, with a large couch and big widescreen TV. A taxi was always available moments after walking out the door and it's also convenient for bus and subway. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and appealing in every way. Miguel is very helpful and provides great information about the area and Barcelona in general. We liked the aparatment so much we booked it again for later this year. A gem!

We just stayed at this apartment for two weeks, and it was a great experience.

Miguel, the property manager, provided excellent service. From initial contact, to arrival, to questions during the stay and to check out, he was responsive, helpful and charming. For example, we didn't see an iron. Miguel brought one over along with an ironing board the next day. We had trouble with the DVD player, and Miguel brought a new one over the next day.

The location is excellent...just blocks from the Diagonal...with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks and anything else you could need within one block. It's close to the metro and convenient walking distance to so much.

The apartment itself looks just like the pictures. It is clean, very large, very bright and has all that one needs. The kitchen, bath and washer/dryer are all new, and everything in the apartment works perfectly. It is clearly well maintained and managed.

Fantastic location and super nice flat, very nicely decorated pretty clean and tidy.
Miguel was there waiting for us late in the evening to check us in. He was very helpful. Kitchen is perfect and well equipped. The bedroom is very comfortable and bathroom is nice and clean.

We were 2 couples spending a long weekend in Barcelona. Overall **VERY** satisfied with this apartment. Positives: +Very spacious apartment (perfect for 2 couples.. could easily accomodate more) with lots of nice old features +Very beautiful building +Large windows +Very central location, nice bars and restaurants nearby. Supermarkets also close too +Super modern kitchen with everything needed for cooking +Dishwasher in kitchen +Shower, hot water, all great, everything working OK +Cleanliness was good +Nice large TV +Nice furniture +SUPER comfortable beds +Not too noisy +Washing machine +Secure Two small negative points: +No lock on main bathroom door +Problem with toilet seat in main bathroom Overall really nice apartment, I would consider staying again if/when I return to Barcelona
