I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I'm not sure if I would recommend the place or not. Once the condo was cleaned it was much better. I would have expected a call on Sunday or Monday to check in to see how things were going. The condo had a great location but is in dire need of sprucing up. Needs paint, throw away old ratty fake flowers, new grout in bathroom, get rid of rusty hook in shower. The overall building is old, finger prints all over the elevators, chipped paint, etc. Security was good. Location to the beach was excellent. Too expensive for the quality of the building and condo. It was not nicely appointed.

The condo was spotless, and updated. The beds were comfortable. We never worried about our safety while there. Andrew was great to deal with in renting the condo. We could have done without the stringent rules around the pool, but it was not enough to ruin our trip! We'll be back!
