Newly renovated 2012 , 3 bedrooms , very trendy in a great downtown location
Newly renovated ( 2012 ) apartment of 1500 sf on the second floor of a nice stone front building in the heart of Le Quartier Latin within walking distace of all the festivals and shows . Everything is brand new ( beds , linen , mattresses , sofas , ..) . We have three bedrooms ( two large and a smaller one ) with a king bed , a queen bed and one sofa bed ( double bed ) . The pictures speak for themselves . It is a mixture of old and very modern style with all the conveniences you need .
I own this property since 1990 . It is a beautiful stone front building very typical of this area of Montreal . The house has been built around 1900 .
I just love to renovate these old houses and try to show there beauty and character . I try to keep the best of the old and mix it with some very modern design . These old houses often have to many small rooms . So we try to open the spaces and we sometimes discover some nice treasures ( brick , wood ,..) in these walls .
I hope you will enjoy the beauty of this appartement and it will make you feel good !
The location is just great . The apartement is renovated in 2012 with nice spaces and brand new furnitures .You can visit Montreal without a car , just walking around ...Good for your health !
This property is magnificient and the surroundings are pretty similar . There is a sense of history . I love stone front building .

Convenient, Clean, and Lovely!
The location was also perfect. We parked our car in a garage a block away and walked or took the subway everywhere! There was also a market just a 1/2 a block away.
Lambert was easy to work with via email... Very responsive and accommodating. And best of all... The place was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. We would definitely recommend this property!

This place is awesome! Its spacious and very clean! The bed and furniture is very comfortable! The kitchen has wonderful appliances and a great place to cook!
The location was perfect for us- close to old town. Lambert the owner was wonderful, very easy to communicate with, helpful and available to contact with any questions!
We went to 2 restaurant, Joe Beef and Au Pied de Cochon. HIGHLY recommend them both! Also went to At Water market!
I Loved this apt and will def be back! Just not in the freezing cold...maybe july!
