3 bedrooms, 2 baths - nice layout for families

The front entrance opens to the living room, and adjoins the dining area.

This 1700 sq ft Florida ranch-style home is in the historic Magnolia Park neighborhood which had many homes built in the 1920’s. It’s location is close to downtown Clearwater and has quick easy access to Clearwater Beach by car, bike trail, or trolley bus.

The home is smoke-free and very clean.

There are 3 bedrooms in a split style. Bedding and towels are provided.

The south bedroom has a queen bed with dressers and closet.

Middle bedroom has a double bed with desk, dresser, and closet.

The north bedroom can also function as a family room – it’s very large with a queen sleeper sofa and twin trundle beds. There is a nice sitting area with television and DVD player. There is a private bathroom that is newly renovated.

Perfect for our needs!!!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this rental and our experience was as good as the first time!! Everything we needed was provided for us. It is close to the beach and all the activities offered there. We also enjoyed the farmer's market on Cleveland twice-awesome produce and friendly atmosphere. Bruce was available to answer the questions that we had and left plenty of information at the home to help us manuver our way around Clearwater. Thanks Bruce!! Although this is an older home it was comfortable and brought back pleasant memories of a different time. Relaxing was easy.
The only drawback we had was not being able to pull up any Ray's games on cable-however the radio sufficed. (We are rabid baseball fans-go Braves!!!!). We had 4 adults in our party and we all had space and privacy due to the great layout of this home. It would also be perfect for a family with kids or even 2 families.

We were in Clearwater for my son's swim meet. Two adults & three kids. The house was comfortable and convenient, and the owners were very helpful. Everything was great. We'll be back!

This home was absolutely perfect! We had such a great time. Bruce & his wife were beyond helpful with answering any questions (and they are right next door so that is pretty great too) We were there during Spring Training and it was a very busy time in Clearwater, but they recommended some lovely places to visit and we had a very hassle free trip. The beach is only 5 minutes away driving and beautiful. The location in general is convenient to everything, grocery stores, the beach, the Phillies Spring Training and Tampa. I would stay here again. The area is a quiet neighborhood, so I will say if partying and being crazy is your plans, this may not be the place for you, but it is perfect for a family get together. Thanks Bruce!

We are very pleased to have found your place to rent for the month. It is indeed a lovely, warm and welcoming home and much appreciated by our family.

Tried to put everything back to the beautiful state it was in on our arrival.

Your gardens are great. Enjoyed all your exciting plants. We had to leave a few Shamrock for luck. This yellow bromeliad just belongs here!
