Dobson Ranch golf course surrounds the outside of the complex and the inside units walk out to a large water feature. Imagine waking up to the warm Arizona sun and enjoying your breakfast and coffee outside watching the wildlife from one of the two patios. This three storey townhouse has a driveway with parking for two cars and a fully enclosed courtyard with a patio set for casual lunches or dinners outside. Once you have entered there is a half bath on the main floor as well as an inviting living room which opens up to the dining room and the large open fully stocked kitchen. All three rooms have views of the pond out back and to enjoy the views just a little bit more you can sit outside on the balcony off the dining room. Relax in the king sized bed and enjoy some tv or watch a movie. There is also an ensuite attached to this room as well with a large glass walk in shower with a bench. This townhouse is an end unit so only neighbours on one side and a green space on the other.
