Marco Island is a beautiful place to vacation. The house was very clean, in a nice neighborhood, and close to the beach. My only two complaints were that two of the sliding door walls were not able to lock, and the pool light did not work. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend it to a friend….

Loved having a bike - a few more of them would have been great to share with the kids. Location was awesome, pool was great. The only thing we needed more of were washcloths.

It's a cute and fun house with plenty of space for two. We were only disappointed in the lack of cookware. We improvised with what we had and made it work. Do not recommend this house if you plan on doing massive cooking for many people. Perfect if you plan on eatting out or ordering in.

The house was clean and welcoming. Plenty of space and the view is gorgeous. We visited Marco Island, Naples and Fort Myers. Also drove to Shark Valley, Everglades, and enjoyed the 15 mile tram tour. Lots of gators up close. Next time we'll rent bikes and bike the route but if it's your first time we recommend taking the tram and getting the narration from the tour guide.

Our last day we visited the beaches. Tigertail is within walking distance. We didn't realize that what you see first is actually a lagoon. The beach is beyond that and very peaceful.

Places we enjoyed: Naco Mamas Mexican restaurant, Da Vinci's, Hayloft, Sonny's BBQ, and Cheesecake Factory

My family and I had a terrific vacation. We are in love with the house, it's spectacular. The layout, accomodations, the pool, the view, everything was outstanding. This house exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back!

Overall the property was fine. The steps are a definite drawback. The back of the house was not southern exposure, the shade most of the time. The kitchen needs updating. Pool was great.
House was comfortable. Andrew was most helpful with any problems. We would rent from him again, but not at this location.

Many things didn't work - chairs/lamps/DVDplayer/toilet all broken. I also think MIVP should have made clear that walk to the beach was farther than it looked-and that dogs weren't allowed on beach.
