This was our second year to vacation at 140 Starfish Court in Marco Island, It is a beautiful and comfortable home and Andrew Vale is a true professional, a five star property manager!

Shortly before I arrived, I was told the house at 140 Starfish was for sale and I would have to do showings. I would never have rented it had I known it was going to be up for sale. And,I learned that that owners put it up at that time for several years previously. Not at all fair to me as I am on my own and a very private person.
There was no pest contol contract so I had a lot of bugs--gross. The owners were contacted and still refused to get a contract as the house was for sale. They did have a company come in after I complained. There were still ants and palmetto bugs when I left.
Pool was leaking-had to be fixed. I told them about the pool leak and about a sprinkler head that was broken. Owners put away all cordless phones(they were in a closet) and left a cheap corded phone. I bought a cordless phone (which I took home). Positives--lovely house, great neighbours, great location.

We would like to thank Andrew for suggesting 140 Starfish Court as a rental. We had a wonderful and very relaxing vacation. The house was just like the virtual tour ... beautiful!! We would highly recommend renting 140 Starfish Court.

Marco Island 'Starfish' treat. Very pretty place, with lots to do and see with Naples and the Everglades very nearby..

This rental property was a great home to stay but had one inconvenient fault. There was no telephone in the property. Which for european visitors makes is colstly to use cell phones to make what would be free local calls. Calls to make tee-time reservations and pizza deliveries etc. Calls from our cell phones are bounced back to your home nation and then back to the USA. However, the rental manager offered any local calls could be made during the day from his office. There was no gas for the outdoor grill when we went to use it and the clothes dryer wasn't working on our first use! However, we e-mailed our rental manager (as we had no house phone), and he sorted both minor problems out for us immediately and was delightful to deal with. Otherwise, a great place to vacation. Golf courses, tennis, parks, water sports and lots more locally. We even had a dolphin visit at high tide outside at the boat deck, fantastic! My family would rent this property again. We would also recommend Andrew Vale and Marco Island Properties to rent from, be it this or another property, very helpful, always felt valued.

Great price perfect house only comment we had teenagers come by unannounced and using the dock, boat and fishing. Daughter was spooked.
