The house was great and met all our expectations established through the online pictures. Very neat and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes to serve family and guests if necessary. Pool is heated with a heat pump, so it depends on the weather to some extent. Location is lovely and we saw a dolphin in the canal right beside the house! We enjoyed the house and would love to stay there again!

Only real dissatisfiers were the size of the beds which were announced as queen size (this was not true, especially for the guest room) and the plastic covering the couches in the main living room. Other than that, everything was really fine.

This is a tastefully decorated, clean home with a well equipped kitchen. The heated pool overlooks a canal and has confortable patio furniture. Our rental specialist was a great person to work with and went above and beyond to make our Marco Island vacation great.

Overall, the house was in good shape, clean and a nice location. Great spot if you plan to rent a boat for the week and it had a nice pool we enjoyed. The problem was that this home is VERY uncomfortable. Even the kids had trouble sleeping on the mattresses which were hard as rocks. We had to buy some basic things like a coffee maker and also extension cords because there were no outlets in the bed rooms for charging your phone, night lights etc. There were nice TV’s in every room BUT the living room furniture was entombed in plastic so trying to enjoy some TV as a family at the end of the day was just preparation for the mattress torture one was about to endure. We had no complaints on the home itself but it felt like the owner really didn’t want renters in the place and certainly didn’t add any touches to make it remotely comfortable. Since I paid top dollar during peak season perhaps my expectations were too high. However, in the current state I’d only recommend this home if you get a bargain. If the owner invested a few bucks to correct these basic comfort issues it could be a hit.

Everything was outstanding from the first time I spoke with Andrew Vale until the time of checkout. His service was great & all of my family & friends will use him on our future stays on Marco Island. The house was even better than in the pictures, great views, heated pool, very clean and well kept up home. My wife does not like cold pools & will not go in if its not just right temp, but she loved it. Our 2 children are 10 & 8 and between the fishing and the pool we could barely get them to go out to eat. They wanted to stay home and cook fresh seafood on the grill. Saved us money so I was ok with that. We saw big sting rays off the dock, also starfish & caught a ton of mangrove snappers. The beach was a 3-5 minute drive depending on which one you go to. parking was never a problem at the beach. My family liked South beach better, they didn't like the walk thru the lagoon at Tigertail beach. The Marina & the Snook Inn are jusr around the corner, both were great. Snook Inn provides free rides to & from the house, which is great if you both would like to have a couple of cocktails with dinner & watch the boats & dolphins & not worry about driving. This was a 5 star house as was our agent Andrew Vale.

We were quite disappointed in the furnishings at this house--there was no coffee maker, a bed made without a top sheet (only the comforter), couch and loveseat in the living room where the main tv was are covered in plastic and very uncomfortable! Towels were not in the best condition-- bath towels were very small in size, as were the beach towels, and none were very thick.
