3 Bedroom + Loft 2 1/2 Bath Sleeps 6 Close to Eagle Express and Chair 15

This beautiful condo is located at the end of a quiet street, next to the natural forest where you can ski through the woods in the winter to Little Eagle Ski Lift. Or hike through the woods in the spring, summer and fall. If you prefer to take a free shuttle bus to the ski resort, our street is on the shuttle route.

This condo is a three story unit. The first floor is the garage, mudroom, and hallway for taking off all your ski or hiking gear. The garage is for one car only since we have a snow mobile and firewood taking up room on one side of the garage. If you have a second car, there is a parking area on Lake Mary Road, behind the Ski Run Villas Condo Units. Parking on the street is allowed from November till April during the day but not at night because of snow plows.

The second floor is a large, spacious living room with a wood burning stove, a flat screen television, DVD, CD player and an iPod docking station.

Off the living room there is an outdoor deck to sit out and enjoy the warm sun or stars at night.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a brand new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor.

You will find all the necessary cookware, utensils and glassware that you need. There is a kitchen island with bar stools to enjoy while entertaining or relaxing.

The dining room sits 6 people comfortably.

The master bedroom is spacious and beautiful with a large picture window. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi/tub/shower area as well as another free standing shower. The sink area has two sinks and lots of room for two people to share.

As you head up to the third story, there is a half bathroom.

Then on the third level, you will find a spacious loft, two bedrooms and a full size bathroom with two sinks.

One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds.

We loved the condo. It had plenty of room with amenities. The owner Mary Ellen was very nice and hospitible checking in with the place. The instructions were straight forward. Great location. Not far from the Village and Eagle Lodge. We would return anytime!

Great Location - Perfect Family Place

Loved the location of this cozy and roomy three level condo! The main living area has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. All three bedrooms are good sized and were perfect for our group of 6 people - 4 adults and two children. Having a garage to park your car is a bonus, especially since we had snow during our stay. The owners were very nice, responsive and take great care of this place. Eagle Lodge is but 2 minutes away by car. For those of you who are a bit more adventurous, you can actually ski in and out of this condo if you know the way. Will definitely book another trip. Really enjoyed it!

Great place to get away!

My family of four stayed at this wonderful, spacious, and well kept condo this Jan./Feb. It was truly in a quiet location and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were delightful to work with and were very responsive to any requests. Very peaceful with a beautiful view. This condo has a great location close to the mountain (Eagle/ Canyon) and the town! The sledding/ green space next to the condo was a big hit with the kids! ++We will be back! Thanks again Mary Ellen;)

Very cozy

Very cozy cabin, access to a garage so we didn't have to always park outside. Big kitchen, where we made some great meals. In a great location to the mountain and the village. The only thing i would say that was a downfall, was the blinds, they were light colored and the sun would shine too bright in the mornings when we were trying to sleep. Other then that i loved this place.
Owner's Response: I so happy to hear that our guest, Leah found our place to be cozy and all the other great comments she had on our place.
The only thing that I feel bad about is that she and her guests did not see that we have "black out" blinds as well as the light colored blinds. There are two sets of blinds with two sets of cords to pull down and filter out the light coming in. This also prevents anyone from seeing in from the outside.
So sorry that she did not see this amenity...
For any future guests, please note that you can have complete darkness with no sunshine coming into the bedroom.

This was a great condo with a nice atmosphere,
the location is great, close to everything
Everything is clean, never been to a cleaner condo before, doesn't smell like other houses do. The pricing is very affordable compared to other houses which are more expensive but offer less than this one, so i would really recommend it.
It has a great audio system for nice music and has fast internet.
The bedrooms and the kitchen are really clean and comfortable.
The condo is like brand new, has a Central Heating system which most of the condos don't offer.

The owners are super nice. Would really come to the same condo next time!

Great Cabin!

The owners were extremely friendly, clear on instructions, and super helpful throughout the stay. The cabin was spacious, clean, and felt just perfect for our new Years Vacation for 6 people. The garage was perfect for one car especially with the
snowfall. The entertainment system was awesome, and we cooked everyday and had no shortage of cookware. Plus, the cabin is conveniently located close to Canyon & Eagle Lodges and just a hop away to the village. We will definitely be recommending as well as rebooking for next year!! Thanks Mary Ellen!

Great place to stay. Any person that comes here will love it. Everything I needed was here. It's was quiet n the neighbors were very nice and the view was very beautiful.If u come to this property and don't like it then something is wrong with you.

cozy, comfortable condo

This is a lovely, comfortable condo for a good price. The kitchen/dining/living room area is really cozy and we had a lovely time by the woodstove watching the snow come down. We got quite a bit of snow while we were there and it was so nice to have a private garage for the car. The beds were comfortable and my daughter loved her first sleep in a bunk bed. The master jacuzzi is really big and felt wonderful after a cross country ski.

The location is really good - we drove to the village a couple of times and it only took a couple of minutes to get there and we were able to easily find free parking. We didn't use the transit system but I know that would also be an easy way to get around. We were quite close to cross country skiing at Tamarack as well.

The owner provided excellent customer service and was available whenever we needed her.

Some of the drawers had the owner's clothing in them but that had been fully disclosed in the property description so didn't bother us at all. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again sometime!
