This 4 Bed 3 Bath Jamaica Model Town home is well located close to the resort facilities at Regal Palms resort which is just 6 miles and 15 minutes drive from Disney. The home comes with full kitchen facilities, king, queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.
This 4 Bed 3 Bath Jamaica Model Town home is well located close to the resort facilities at Regal Palms resort which is just 6 miles and 15 minutes drive from Disney. The home comes with full kitchen facilities, king, queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.Regal Palms resort is an ideal place to stay for a great value family holiday.This particular home comes with 4 Bedrooms - 1 King Master en-suite, 1 Queen Master en-suite and 2 twins sharing a bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge has cable TV.The resort itself has 2 pool, a lazy river, water slide, games room, gym, spa, sauna, bar and restaurant with free wi-fi in the clubhouse. A $10 per home per day resort usage fee is applied on arrival by the resort management.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed at Regal Palms last year and had a relatively good experience. As a result, we rented again this year and were very disappointed for a number of reasons.
The property is in a very "used" condition----the linens are worn and poor in quality to begin with; the land line phone does not work and, despite calls to the rental agency to request repair, nothing was ever done--to make matters worse, cell phone service was very poor so, if there was an emergency, we would have had a major problem;kitchen equipment was inconsistent--nice dishes but very few forks and no teaspoons; toilet in downstairs area had to be repaired as parts were rusted out;furniture was minimal with downstairs bedroom missing an end table and lamp and bedroom TV's are outdated; lightbulbs had to be replaced; window screen in kitchen is damaged;patio door glass looks like it's never been cleaned. In general, the unit looks like it has been neglected and it was not pleasant to be there. There are some nice units in Regal Palms, but this was not one of them.
We have dealt with all the issues and our home is now back in good shape. We have had hundred's of Guests and just this one complaint. If you re-book our home we will provide a discount. Thank for the feedback.

We had a good time- enjoying live and loving each other. The location of the property is far enough and close enough to everything to make it perfect. The only thing was lack of cell service in the villas. For some,this could be a good thing!
