A great place for families!

Last year, had a mini family reunion and Serendipity was a wonderful and beautiful resort to house all ages. We loved touring Costa Rica during the day, and then coming home to cooking out, relaxing in the pool, and visiting. The staff made you feel at home with fresh breads and fruit in the morning, and extra towels in your room. My children loved the nature park, the crocodiles, zip-lining, and of course, the beaches! I liked not eating out every night, and enjoyed the relaxation of the villa. The rooms were perfect size for a family, and the development was safe and secure, so I had no worries. I highly recommend!

Awesome adventure

The rooms where very spacious and accomodating for large and small groups. The common area worked very well for evening cookouts and pool parties. The rooms where clean every day upon return from the days activities, also laundry was done for a very very small fee. Access to town, zip lining, 4 wheelers etc. was set up perfectly short wait times and great enthusiastic guides. short drive to Jaco beach for great surfing and relaxing. Definitely go see the crocodiles from the bridge on the way in just be careful. Had a great time from start to finish, highly recommended. Pura Vida

The Villas Serendipity was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. We booked several tours and activities and made reservations for restaurants through the office. There is a wide variety of activities available. Some of the activities available are for the active: hiking, surfing, horseback riding, three wheeler, zippylines, etc. You can also shop and golf. Restaurants go from local to French Cuisine.
I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the villas. My husband and I had a one bedroom villa on the ground floor. It had facilities for cooking and TV. The pool and patio area are lovely. The pictures do not do justice to the landscaping.
We would and have recommended this to friends. The nature preserves and parks make this particularly attractive to those interested in nature and ecology.

Good size rooms, enjoyed walk-in shower in the 2-bedroom unit. Beautiful decorations everywhere, especially the local flowers within the pool area. Best fruit I've ever eaten for breakfast with great fresh bread. Staff was terrific and very helpful with booking a zip line tour. Took great care of us. Can't wait to go back someday with our kids.
Advice for your trip - Make sure to rent a 4WD SUV stick shift, you'll need it for the mountains and some off road paths.
