Gem of a cottage in beautiful Bermuda

Devin and Robin are great hosts who have created a home away from home. From their detailed directions on how to fill out customs forms, taxi directions to the cottage and quick replies to all my emails, they leave no stone unturned. All the amenities listed were provided and more. Q-tips in the medicine cabinet, an umbrella for rainy days, a flashlight for evening walks, bus schedules, beach blankets and so much more.
The location is in a quaint residential area with beautiful sea views. The peace and quiet of the area will promise you the much needed rest that the noisy city of Hamilton can not provide. With beautiful starry skies at night, the crickets chirping and the most comfortable king sized bed with plenty of pillows will allow you to unplug from the hustle and bustle of life. I highly recommend the cottage for its proximity to the stunning Spittal Pond Nature Reserve with rocky sea views and meandering trails and John Smith's Bay, a quiet non-touristy beach, all within walking distance. The cottage is also a quick ride to the airport, close to St. George's and the city of Hamilton by bus and walking distance to the Flatts Village.
The cottage is as pictured and is extremely clean and you can tell that Devin and Robin take pride in creating a comfortable cottage for your stay. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted and provided with a quick tour. Water, candy and a special treat in the fridge were provided. Best of all was Robin invited me along to Hamilton to pickup my bus pass and she even gave me a quick tour of the neighborhood and all of its activities. This tour was extremely valuable and helpful as a first time traveler to Bermuda.
I would highly recommend the cottage not only for its location, but for the price, it is an extreme value. Why stay in a hotel when you can have the flexibility to cook your own meals, stay in a free standing unit that feels like your own private little house and both Robin and Devin even provide a cell phone for you to make local calls or if you need to contact them for any reason. Plentiful parking and public transportation right across the street also make this cottage a convenient choice.
After doing much research on hotels and other guest accommodations I am so glad I decided to stay at the "Edge" at Nethercliff. This cottage is really a gem compared to all the rest that Bermuda has to offer. I have stayed at many self-catering accommodations and by far this cottage is my favorite.
