Photos and Description of the Savusavu vacation villa rental
Luxurious new five bedroom villa with panoramic bay views

Korovesi Villa is situated on eight manicured acres enjoying majestic panoramic views of Savusavu bay. It is located only 10 minutes from Savusavu airport and just down the road from the famous Cousteau Resort, and is the perfect location for a luxurious South Pacific experience. The estate was designed by award winning Australian architect Madeleine Blanchfield, and no expense has been spared in ensuring guests are accommodated in style. The villa is ideal for a large family, a group of friends, or even an intimate wedding or romantic honeymoon. The villa is comprised of seven separate buildings on two levels. The kitchen, living area, spacious master bedroom and infinity pool comprise the upper level while the lower level houses four ‘bures’. There are two beautiful formal eating areas, one indoor and one outdoor, each with expansive views of the bay and the lush green mountains beyond. The open-concept kitchen is designed with a separate food preparation area, and there is the choice to have food cooked in a conventional oven, large wood-fired pizza oven, gas bbq, or Webber bbq. It is very well equipped with two dishwashers, two fridges, as well as expansive cupboard and counter space. There is a traditional lovu pit (Fijian earthen oven) at the rear of the house which also has a spit bbq and a separate outdoor dining area set in lush surrounds. The lower level bures are organized in sets of two with each set comprising two rooms. Each set has has a queen bed in one room, and is connected to a second room with three king single bunk beds via a shared bathroom. The air-conditioned bedrooms enjoy stunning views of the bay and each boasts a private deck and hammock. A separate massage 'bure' is located amidst the branches of an enormous rain tree. When this tree-top haven is not being used for a relaxing massage it can be set up for a unique dining experience. The boat shed is located at the water level and houses mountain bikes, kayaks, snorkeling equipment and golf clubs, all of which are all included for use during your stay. For those who wish to transform their holiday into a luxury fishing charter experience, there are two fishing boats, fishing equipment and a guide (all available at additional cost). The four friendly full time staff will ensure you are well looked after during your stay. The staff live in a separate house located on the property, and are available to do cooking, housekeeping and provide general assistance to ensure you have a truly relaxing holiday experience. Babysitters and masseuse can also be arranged for a very reasonable rate.

More than Paradise

You may have the urge to pinch yourself when you arrive at this beautiful hilltop villa. I sure did.
From the moment you step inside, you'll see it's a well thought out floor plan, that gives you the open paradise feel, but allows you private space all at the same time. Don't waste your money on postcards, just take pictures from the infinity pool as the sun sets over the bay.
The grounds are extremely well groomed, with bushes, palm trees, beautiful flowers, along with pineapple and banana trees as well. Unlike some places, the pictures the owner has posted are exactly what you will see when you arrive.

With tons of space & activities for kids or large group of friends, no one will be wondering what to do. From kayaking, boating, the pool, fishing, sunning yourself on the veranda, indulging in a massage to relax you, going for a stroll through town, or to a resort down the road for a romantic dinner, this place is really well located.

The staff are fun and super friendly, and always ready to help you out or provide information about the area.

In the dictionary under " Paradise ", it says " Stay at Korovesi "

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at korovesi. Fijians' hospitality is legendary and now I know why. The staff at the property are more than sufficient and they simply loved to involve themselves with the children - not making it look like work at all. The male staff took me on the 3 best fishing days I've had. Plenty of scope for half day adventures that can involve your whole party and not just the avid fishermen. The staff will then prepare these wonderful fish at the house .. Wwe caught beautiful spanish mackerel :)
For those not so inclined there is great facilities t the house and it's a wonderful place to simply relax and the view is incredible. Can't wait to go back!

As the description says, it truly is a world of decadence. The panoramic views are unbelievable, and the accommodations are glamourous. Right from the time you enter the property it is evident that it is a well kept and managed property. There is an abundance of room. There were 6 children under the age of 7 and 5 adults during our stay and it was never crowded. You always felt like you had a space of your own.

With snorkeling, paddling, boating and fishing a few steps out the front door, there was always something to keep a family occupied. Or... relax in the sun and enjoy the infinity pool and let the days waste away with warm ocean breezes. Every moment was a surreal memory my family will never forget.

Close proximity to town and the Cousteau Resort made for a nice night out for diner and drinks or a stroll through town. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff during our stay. The babysitters came in handy for a little adult privacy when required and a massage in the jungle hut provided ample relaxation.
All in all we had the time of our lives and can’t wait to return to paradise.

I was lucky enough to stay at this magnificient property in early 2012 for 16 days. The property was built using the highest quality and consideration for all things luxurious! The grounds are gorgeous and impecably maintained! The panoramic view is breathtaking... Made for post cards! You will fall in love with the staff who are so friendly and helpful. This place is very diverse! Great for a romantic secluded getaway or a large group of friends and family! Very child friendly should you choose to bring them along! I very highly recommend this vacation spot! Can't wait to go back!
