Games and puzzles available in unit for kids. Beach Toys and chairs in balcony closet. Laundry facilities with several coin operated washers and dryers are available on all floors in the builditng ($1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry).

Heated Pool. Barbecue grill available in common area (need charcoal). One assigned parking spot per unit in the uncdercover garage. There is also a large public town owned parking lot directly across the street for visitors. Lovely intracoastal view from balcony which overlooks the pool as well. Building is on the beach (no street to cross) - back of building faces the ocean -- so step off the elevator and there's the beach! Also, there is NO OIL contamination from the 2010 Gulf spill. Just bring plenty of SUNTAN OIL! Sorry, No Pets - Non Smoking.
