Very Nice Unit

Owner was great. Unit was lovely with nice view, quiet surroundings. Personal touches in the unit made my arrival very nice (wine, snacks) very thoughtful. Would recommend for a quiet stay off the strip or as I did to extend your stay for local conferences. Affordable and well appointed

Great small village to stay in

We were not sure what to expect from Lake Las Vegas but the reviews were correct, this is a lovely apartment and just a short two minuet walk into the village. The apartment is very clean and modern, underground and outside parking was a huge help, fantastic views from the balcony and the pool and gym area are great also. The village itself is beautiful even though it was quiet when we stayed their the restaurant’s and bars were great and the people who worked their were could not have been nicer, especially the people in the Dubliner Pub and the Havana Cigar Bar, the food in the Mexican restaurant was the best. The owner of this unit is a great guy to deal with, we will defiantly visit Lake Las Vegas again.

WOW!!!I IMPRESSIVE

We were very impressed from the beggining after long flight from Canada- owner meet us at front desk with our cards.
Because was late he provided for us meal, plus european snacks....plus fresh fruits and wine(WOW).
Apartment look like a dream- new european, modern furnitures, two plasma TV's- no signs of wear or tear.
Place is incredibly clean and you will feel like in 5 star hotel. Beautiful pool and hot tube are located right a front of villa, if you will use fitness center you will have a stunning view at the pool! From your balcony you will have incredible view at lake, village and pool (apt is located @ last floor!!!)
The village looks like southern Italy countryside with plenty of romantic restaurants, galleries and boutiques, plus impressive Casino!
I highly recommend Paul's apartment- for sure we will be back!!!

We Thought We Were In Tuscany.......

Wow!!! My wife and I had an incredible stay in your 1BR condo in the delightful Montelago Village and Resort. We couldn't believe that such an authentic Mediterranean village exists just a few miles from the excitement and "hoopla" of the Las Vegas Strip!!!! Your condo had just about every conceivable thing that we needed for that wonderful "home away from home feeling". From the bowl of fruit and choice of wines that greeted us, to the fresh crisp towels and bed linens, and soaps, shampoo and conditioner in the "loo". It felt like we were in a very comfortable B&B but with all the amenities of a World Class International Resort, with an elegant lobby, the incredible Montelago Casino and charming restaurants only a few steps away, Saturday night outdoor "Concerts by the Lake", crystal clear swimming pools, a very well equipped gym, and all this on the edge of gorgeous Lake Las Vegas and the cove spanned by a replica of the Ponta Vecchio. We will certainly recommend your condo to our friends and family and will look forward to returning for our next anniversary.
