A group of friends and I stayed in this house for our spring break. The house and neighborhood were beautiful. This is a great spring break choice if you're looking for a peaceful southern feel. The house itself is very open (wonderful high ceilings!) and well equipped. The owner had stocked the house with snacks, spices, and great cooking supplies. Sparkling clean, beautifully decorated (love the giraffe statue by the tv), and way bigger than we expected given the price and recommended number of guests. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process and genuinely invested in making sure we got the most out of our stay. Thanks Bill!

Six of us enjoyed our stay on St. Simons Island in the Georgia Peach. The house had a nice open floorplan and was furnished very nicely. Bill was very helpful and accessible with our questions. Location is right in the middle of the island so it was easy to get anywhere in a short period of time. It would have been nice if the 3rd bedroom had traditional bedding instead of air mattress and if there had been a full size coffee maker (there is single cup maker) and more than 3 coffee cups. These things did not keep us from having a great time and would recommend this house to anyone coming to St. Simons.

We were so very pleased as soon as we stepped in the front door. This home in St. Simons Island is a beautiful home. We spent 7 days there and my family and I had a fantastic vacation. The furnishngs were beautiful as well as comfortable while we watched the 65" TV in the evenings. We really loved the clever themes of the 2 large bedrooms, we stayed in the " Glen Miller " room, the kids stayed in the " Al Capone" room. The home was extremely clean and very well appointed. The full kitchen and full washer and dryer was such a convenience with 2 children. House is located near everything and less than a mile to the golf course and very nice movie theater. Sal's restaurant which is a must and is about 3 blocks, the kids loved to walk there in the evenings. We feel so lucky to have found this treasure and will definitely be back soon!

Great time at The Peach!! What a wonderful time we had staying on St. Simons Island and having such a wonderful place to come back to and enjoy and the end of the day was the cherry on top. The owner is right...comfortable, quiet, well-furnished, CLEAN...minutes to anything. Do yourself and your family a treat, don't pass this one up. Definitely recommended...we'll be back.
