Great house on South Lake!!!

This was a prefect home for my family. We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary. The house is clean, large and had beds for everyone! The backyard was perfect for put little BBQ, lots of seating and a doc for the kids to swim and play. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious.
My only negative comment is with regard to the neighbor from across the street to the right in the two story brown house. We had a few extra cars on Saturday, we spoke to the neighbors on both sides of the house and got there blessing to park a car in front of their homes. They were more than kind. Then while we were loading my 80yr only uncle into his card to go home this jerk from across the street came over and yelled at my 70yr only dad about the cars. This guys was a jerk, there were no cars anywhere near his home. Sad that someone like him has to try to ruin the stay for guests in this home.
That said, I would absolutely stay here again. The guy threatened to call the cops, the fact that he never did just proves that we did nothing wrong!

This house was big, beautiful and perfect for our large group! We especially loved the large dining area so we could enjoy dinners as a whole family, and the Apple TV so the kids could watch their cartoons on Netflix, a great feature! Two downsides to this cabin. First, the floors were filthy! We couldn't walk around the house without socks or slippers or else our feet would be black (no exaggeration)! the second, complaint would be the neighbors across the street who asked us to keep the noise down on Sunday morning at 11:00am when a couple of us were in the back in the hot tub. There were four people in the hot tub at the time and they were definitely not rowdy or loud in any way. This rubbed us the wrong way and made us rethink our plan to rent this cabin again next year. So, if you're looking for a large cabin with plenty of beds and bedrooms, but don't plan on uttering a peep, this place is for you!

Owner's Response: Hi Kira - thank you very much for staying with us, and we appreciate the feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the floors weren't as clean as they should have been - we're in the process of implementing a new set of standards to ensure that this will not be a problem in the future.
Because the neighbors are full time residents, we do ask guests to cease hot tub use by 9:00pm - unfortunately noise travels easily and moderate noise levels can sometimes be disturbing. Our goal is to make sure both full time residents and guests are able to enjoy themselves!

Awesome house!

We stayed here for 4 nights just before Christmas and we absolutely loved the house!! There was a ton of space for everyone! And the kids enjoyed playing Foosball so much! We were stuck indoors for 2 days because of a snow storm, but since the house was so nice, it wasn't that bad. We played foosball, poker (they had a poker table), blackjack (yes, they had a blackjack table too!).
We'll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the backyard which is on a beautiful lagoon!
