What a beautiful home in a fantastic location.. I have been heading to Florida almost every year for the past 10 years with my family during March Break, but this is our first visit with my wife, Mother and 2 young children to Crystal River. The home was perfect. and there was something nearby for everyone. The Snorkeling at 3 sisters in Crystal River was the most amazing experience for my kids. the seafood restaurants in the area were great and reasonably priced. we took a 1.5 hour day trip into clearwater to visit the marine aquarium and Winter the Dolfin which was another fun and informative trip for kids. We also spent some time just down the road in Homassasa Springs State park were we saw tons of well cared for wild life and even took in a live Manatee rescue... Wow again what a great experience for kids. As for the home itself The bedrooms were spacious, and clean. the 2 bathrooms were fantastic and time saving for getting on the move. The Kitchen is the best out of any rental property we have ever had, and the living room and dining room are a beatiful open concept that creates a great vibe for hanging with the fam. Then you get the real treat, a screened in pool area with a dining table and GAS or Charcoal bbq options. We spent a great deal of time in this space for lunches. Then there is the canal front which is a great place to read relax. Overall this is the best place I have ever stayed while on Vacation in Florida and If youre looking for a great family spot this is it

We stayed in this home for our daughters birthday and had such a wonderful time. The house was beautifully maintained and decorated. The dock was awesome and the ice machine was quite a bonus since we caught lots of fish and scallops. Neighbors were very friendly and allowed us to use their cleaning station for the huge grouper that we caught. Kids had a great time playing in the pool and dancing the night away using the ipod docking station provided. Coffee pot worked great. We will definitely go back again!!

As advertised. Very clean and Dan was very accommodating.

Great home with plenty of room and very comfortable. Amenities such as cable and internet. Disappointing that the hot tub and pool were advertised but not allowed to heat for use. Excellent access for avid boating and fishing.

We just loved this home and hope to stay here again. It is very nicely decorated, a good open floor plan, and very comfortable. It was uncomplicated to rent this home, the owner is very easy to get in touch with, and very helpful. The location is close to town for restaurants, grocery shopping, and getting last minute items. Better yet, a great location on the Crystal River; a short drive to Kings Bay or to get out in the gulf. We enjoyed scalloping on this trip getting our limit, and played in the springs. There was ample space to tie our boat up at the house. We had some very young kids and the house worked great with them. The kids were brought to the state park while we scalloped and they had lots of fun. We baked, fried, grilled, etc at the house and had pretty much all the supplies we needed. We did use paper plates and cutlery though for ease of clean up. The pool was great but the hot tub is not for use which we would have enjoyed. We have rented a lot of homes and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

The home was better in person than in the pictures. Communication with Dan while setting up the stay was seamless. The home had everything needed to accomodate two families as far as appliances, grilles, plates etc. Grocery stores etc are just a few miles down the road.

We enjoyed the local restaurants, state parks, scalloping, and off shore fishing in the gulf of mexico for groupers. The ice machine on the back pool deck was perfect if you plan to boat, fish, or scallop.
Boating to your choice of several restaurants and springs located in Kings bay is just minutes away and the ride to the gulf is about a 15 minute run by boat. Its about the same to the restaurants by car.

The docks (2) were very nice and easily accomodated two 25-28 ft boat's. The home is located in a safe ,quiet and clean neighborhood that is tucked against a natural area. We saw wildlife including gators, manatee, birds and wild pigs through out the week. There is plenty of local activities and sites to check out or just sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year to do it again. Thanks Dan!

This property was exactly as described. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner Dan was extremely helpful before during and after our stay. The pool was great! Quick access to Kings Bay and Crystal River. We would definitely consider this property for our next stay on the river.
