Look no farther...this condo is perfect!
The owners Louise and Alain are absolutely wonderful to work with and so very attentive. This was our first vacation rental ever therefore had all kinds of questions and they were so quick to respond to our emails and we felt so very comfortable working with them.
The condo was just perfect and exactly as described and depicted. Located on the second floor of a three floor building, it was very clean and the location was perfect. The decor of the condo is beautiful...right out of my Ikea catalog!!
Being in Davenport, we were out of the hustle and bustle of Orlando/Kissamee but only a few short minutes from all the fun parks. There was a Publix grocery store/CVS/McDonalds/Dunkin donuts (to name a few) maybe 2-3 minutes away. The pool on site was quiet and perfect to relax around after a busy day. The condo itself was completely equipped with everything we needed. Our two children shared a room/bathroom at one end of the condo and we had the bedroom/en-suite bathroom at the other end. The closets for each bedroom were huge and easily tucked our luggage/clothing away. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and pan that we needed. The washer and dryer also came in handy after our day at the beach!
All in all you cannot go wrong with this rental.....we will be passing this condo info to all our friends to use on their trips down to Florida...and we will look no farther for our next trip to FL.

Our stay at Louise and Alain's home was wonderful. The pictures are just as you find the condo, the first step upon entering. They are very attentive landlords, checking in frequently via email. The condo is squeaky clean but homey and has all available accessories needed. The pool is quaint and quiet with a workroom next to it. The condo is very close to attractions and route 192 full of restaurants. Publix market 2 minutes away. It was a great experience. We hope to be back next year. Crissy and family from Boston.

Condo in Davenport Fl
Louise and Alain are very easy to work with. This condo has a great floor plan. The two bedrooms with complete bath are seaparated in the layout. Kitchen/living area are just as functional. This area is very close to Disney World and has the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a long day trip. Very easy access in all direction and close to other small towns. Shopping, restaurants, waking, swimming pool with a pond are very nice features also. The evening with the waterfall and the frogs singing is a tranquil haven after a long day. Enternet is excellent along with TV channels with flat screen TV's. We will certainly recommend this condo to anyone going to Florida. We really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel at home. Thank you Louise and Alain.

First of all, let me begin by saying how wonderful it was to deal with the owners of this rental. All my questions were answered promptly, the booking, payment and rental agreements were all very easy to do with no complicaitons. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the easiest. Allain and Louise are wonderful people and the reviews you read on homeaway regarding their condo are absolutely true. They encourage you to email them when you arrive to ensure everything meets your satisfaction.
The condo itself is exactly as represented by the owners with no hidden surprises. When we arrived the condo was immaculately clean! We were very comfortable and enjoyed coming "home" each night. The internet access was simple and the long distance was a nice treat especially over the Christmas holidays to stay in touch with our family in Canada. The condo location is convenient to Publix, pizza, chinese, McDonalds and CVS. Actually you could easily walk to these locations. You also have easy access to I-4 east and west.
My only concern, which is not at all a reflection on the owners at all, was that the entrance gate was broken the whole time we were there and the management company is aware of this. On the bright side, there is a sherrif on one side and a state trooper on the other. We did indeed feel safe.

The condo was spotless and gorgeous, a better home away from home. the pictures are exactly what you get. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
I was a little nervous paying the deposit, but that was refunded to me before I even got back home. It is so worth the stay.
Alain and Lousie, make your stay very enjoyable. The enclosed in porch was great for sitting outside just enjoying the beautiful Florida - heat.
everything you could possible need is provided for you. i can't wait to come back.
it is about 15 minutes to Disney - you can either jump onto I4 by Champions gate or head back up to 192 (the way we prefer) - Publix, McDonalds, CVS, Dunkin, and Pizza are 2 minutes away. it's really in a wonderful area, not too far, but far enough to be away from the parks.
the only complaint i have - wished we stayed longer.
we already decided that we'll be staying with Alain and Lousie the next time we come to florida.

The location is wonderful, very clean and exactly as described. The arrival is very easy thanks to the number code locking system. It is convenient to have a grocery store close by.

Wonderful place
The condo was prefect. It was close driving distance to all the parks. It was nice that there was a grocery store and 7-11 down the rode. The condo was clean, provided enough towels and linens and had everything you need for a great stay. It was exactly what the description describes. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Super Condo
Merci à Alain et Louise, notre séjour d'un mois fut des plus agréable. Tout était là pour que nos vacances se passent bien. La déco et les commodités du condo sont super. Nous avons grandement apprécié la proximité des parcs de Walt Disney. Les installations sont bien entretenues et nous avons profité au maximum du beau temps et de la piscine du site. De plus, il est très facile de se rendre dans les centres d'achats, épiceries, restaurants, etc.
Nous avons tellement aimé, que nous avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain!
