Nestled under Oak Trees, Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Fenced yard
This home is located on the outskirts of San Antonio off of SR52. This area is known for its proximity to hills and parks for first rate biking. Many Bike Clubs meet regularly in San Antonio to start their runs. Located close to numerous golf courses, ranging in the less expensive to the PGA qualifier Lake Jovita and more. St. Leo University is in the nearby area. San Antonio is a small, friendly, community area within easy driving to Dade City, Tampa, Orlando, or the beaches of the central Gulf area. Centrally located, near 1-75, with easy access to all that central Florida has to offer. This quiet, clean, reasonably priced, pet friendly, easily accessed property is a welcome change to a motel stay.
The rental property is next door to our home. The rental home became available for purchase this year and we wanted to increase our acreage next to our property. Our home with the rental property is situated on a combined 7 acres. Approximately 1/2 of the property abuts wet lands and Cypress Creek. We have the unique setting of being located off SR52 (major 2 lane highway) for easy access but live among many birds, squirrels, trees, flowers etc. for a beautiful Florida setting. Rural without being rural. We have fenced in the rental home to make it more pet friendly but all are welcome to explore the property among the live oak trees.
This property is for the renter who wants a clean, affordable property, with easy access to central florida. One who also enjoys the 'quiet' time, 'home' feel while vacationing with a touch of 'nature'.
Bedroom community of Tampa/St. petersburg area. Local festivals like the Kumquat Festival, Bug Jam (volkswagon's galore), Classic car shows (Dade City and Zephyrhills), bi-weekly, Fresh water fishing, trails, bird watching, Sun Coast trail, Hillsborough River State Park, Green Swamp, Giraffe Farm, Wild Things Zoo, Pasco County Fair, etc.
Within 40 miles, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Forum (concerts and hockey), Raymond James Stadium (football), Hard Rock Gambling Casino, MOSI, Sun Dome (concerts), Museums, etc, and beaches, beaches, beaches. Too numerous to mention all.

Absolutely fantastic vacation spot
Super managers, super facility, super time!
(The wife of the husband/wife team was recovering from illness. The next day we met her, leaning and chatting on the fence, it felt like we were back in time visiting with a favorite neighbor!)
The yard has great trees, flowers and shrubs, a nice, furnished patio to enjoy, and is fully fenced with chain link fencing.
The home has everything and more to make one comfortable, including a huge television, great internet service, dishes/cookware, linens, toaster, blender, games to play, washer and dryer, extra nice master bathroom (no tub, but a HUGE shower!), lovely dining area, quirky, fun, clean and comfortable furnishings, and the list goes on!
We wished we had more time so we could enjoy more of what the place had to offer, including the "enclosed porch" which has games, a nice twin bed, etc.
To sum up just how much we enjoyed our stay at this clean, friendly and home-away-from home, my mother "warned" the managers that they would have to call the sheriff's office to physical remove us from the property when we came to the end of our stay because she was so happy there! IT WAS FANTASTIC.
We had dogs with us and they were allowed inside but, frankly, the fenced yard made it a true vacation for them as well!. One of the dogs needed a bath before going to visit someone and the managers quickly came to our aide with a walk-up bathtub we could use! They saved my back!!
ANY chance we get, we will go back to this lovely place. Truthfully, my mother is ready to pack her bags and return today!!

We were privileged to be the first ones to stay at Tree Tops! We're sure that there will be a few more things done to the property to make it an even greater stay, and we highly recommend staying here!!
