Stay at a newly renovated facility by an award winning vacation home architect.

Located in the center of Historical Wilmington Vermont Village, Our facility dates back to the 1850's.Newly renovated by an award winning Architect this Building offers 3 private Bed Rooms a 4 bed dorm perfect for the kids or a Family with 3 1/2 Baths. can sleep up to 12. After a day of skiing in winter or golf in the summer, relax in front of the fire, or take in 1 of the many adjacent restaurants, art galleries, or maybe the local brewery. Warm weather activities include GOLFING, boating, in the nearby 15 mile long fresh water reservoir hiking and bike riding. All the amenities you need are right there, just a simple walk out the door! The building also houses a Jewlery Store called 'beadzNeeds', the perfect place for your Family to create a 'Keepsake ' while you party in the same building, just a shout away. Mt Snow and Vermont offer a free shuttle bus with ski racks that stops at the corner 50 feet away, leaving and returning every hour. Then come home to the Brewery/ Restaurants next door, and have that 3rd drink, without fear.you could even crawl home if need be! LOL Its the safe way to party!!

Any one can rent a home in the woods! I dont like vacationing and after a day of activities getting into a cold car to travel slippery roads at night to locate where I am staying, This is why I developed a 'Gem' within walking distance to Restaurants , Shops, Art galleries etc. Free bus shuttle to the ticket booths at the Mountain. I'm sleeping in! while my teenage kids go up to the mountain to catch the Virgin Snow. After a day of fun, let the kids sit down stairs beading and having fun while the adults party and play Pool in front of a warm Fire. As Randy would say 'Its the BOMB!!! ' a unique experience.

7 miles from Mount Snow with Free' Moovers' Shuttles Bus to and From the Mountain. located next to the ' Maple Leaf brewery'with great food, no need to drink and drive, just drink and walk 20 feet Home.other Restaurants , Bars, Shops and Art galleries just a Stroll down the Historic main street. Our Building is attached and affiliated to a Beautiful Jewelery bead Store Called 'Beadz Needs' .You can schedule Beading parties or just stroll down a flight of stairs and never leave the building to create Jewelery gifts or Keep sakes. Loved the place: great location, surroundings were awesome, pictures on the site don't do enough justice! Love the before and after album of the house, and the rustic decor. So close and convenient to Mt. Snow, and we had excellent dinner's at place's to eat in town. Would definitely come back and reccommend to all!

Amazing place! Great stay!

We spent three nights at "The Suddell" in January 2013. We were super impressed! The house was big, beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. There was plenty of space for us and the other 3 families with us. With 4 spacious bedrooms (plus the loft!) and 4 bathrooms, we never felt crowded. The 3rd floor was perfect for all the kids! All the comforts of home were available to us, such as pots/pans, towels, condiments, and even a keurig machine! We loved using the pool table and slot machine. The exercise machines and sauna were an added bonus! It was a short drive to the mountain and we were able to walk to the Maple Leaf brewery next door and also the Anchor restaurant a few doors down. We would definitely recommend this house. We will be back!

We couldn't have asked for more. George was perfect to deal with. And the house was amazing. It was huge and very, very nice. There was even more room than we needed. And the layout allowed us to put all the kids well away from the entertainment area so we could hang out after they went to bed. The location was great. It is literally right in downtown Wilmington and within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and stores. It was so nice that I am a little worried it won't be available for next year.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RENTAL!

This place, "The Suddell" (as the mini soaps and shower gels say) is the BEST vacation rental my family and I have ever rented (we use HomeAway 6+ times a year for rentals)

Aside from being spacious, the layout of is great especially for multiple families; and being right in the center of town was great, we walked around the town, grabbed dinner at the brewery next-door and didn't have to drive home! The 1st floor of the house has a kids jewlery-making shop, great for the kids, and there is a bus stop right across the street (free bus brings you to/from mt. Snow) so my early risers could get to the slopes early.

George, the owner was very helpful, and was a phone call away if we needed anything.

Great stay, great place, clean, we'll definitely be staying again!
