Walk right out to Lake Kai. Lovely open floor plan, roomy, great porches.
Spacious home located on Lake Kai and has views from the screen porch and the upper loft room. Home has plenty of living space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Special features include fireplace , walk out basement and jacuzzi tub in master bath.

I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.

The Beachball was a great location and perfect house for our party. The only thing it was missing was internet. If we return to Michigan City, I hope to stay there again, if there is internet available.

Third time at this property and love location. Did have problem with spiders on the porch and lower level bedroom again was freezing despite blocking air vents. Was disappointed with swim and kayak fees. Already pay enough for rental.Tehe kids love to fish and catch turtles and throw them back in.

As always, we loved Beachwalk. Beachball is a great home with wonderful spaces. However, it is becoming a little worn...furniture and carpeting not in good condition. We also did not have a working oven until the last day which was very inconvenient with our large group.
