This newly listed property offers granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, full height beveled mirrors in bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. The unit is 1375 square feet with 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors. The EnClave community offers outdoor pool, Jacauzzi, and Fitness center with extensive tree preservation and natural landscaping. The complex is 17 acres and is wooded with oak and pine vista settings in large centrally-located open green spaces. It is conveniently located to biking and walking trails, golf, tennis, grocery stores, pharmacies, video stores, theaters, water park, fishing, boating, and restaurants. The condo master bedroom has a king size bed with walk in closet and large dual sink bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with its own bathroom and an attached laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and is attached to a common bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The unit has a nice outdoor patio to sit and relax.

About Leigh Marks

My husband and I are originally from Tennessee. We moved to Gulf Shores in 2004 after vacationing here for over 15 years. We loved the area so much that we even got married and spent our honeymoon in Gulf Shores. We enjoyed having a beach house in Gulf Shores so much that when the opportunity presented itself to move to the area, we jumped at the chance. After living here full time for over 10 years we have developed a deeper appreciation for this place.

Over the years we have purchased a couple of great condos that we are renting out to individuals and families. This property, EnClave at Oak Hill, was purchased because of its proximity to everything in Gulf Shores and all of its amenities.

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with our unit at the EnClave at Oak Hill because of its convience and quality. It is a bottom floor unit that we can drive up to and walk in without having to wait on an elevator. It is located off the Gulf Shores bike/wake trail, across street from Golf Course, one mile to beach, down the street from city park with great recreation center.

We sure enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was perfect for our needs starting out with the location being on the first floor. Next we found the unit better supplied than about any unit that we have used over the last 10 or 12 years. I have often thought that if I had a rental unit that I would want to make the beds very comfortable, yours are. If the unit is available in future Februarys maybe keep us in mind. Again thanks and maybe our paths will cross somewhere in the future. Possibly at Desotos, we seem to go there a lot.

Our January visit to Gulf Shores

The property was nicer than the pictures showed. The unit was beautifully presented and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for us. It was close enough to all of the attractions, and was a great base for exploring the area.

While it was a 3 bedroom unit, it was just the 2 of us, so we didn't use the second or 3rd bedrooms. The laundry was greatly appreciated, and used several times.

The shower in the master was large, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and the kitchen was very workable...can't ask for more than that.

We only had sun a few days during our stay, so didn't get to spend as much time walking the beach as we would have liked. But the beach was beautiful and expansive (white sugar sand). We spend a lot of time geocaching when we travel, and found many great out of the way spots, as well as the wonderful parks. We visited Fort Morgan, but were unable to try the ferry, as it was closed the day we planned a trip. We enjoyed the food at King Neptune's, Bubba's, Hazel's, and Doc's. we did a day trip to Biloxi. Enjoyed the Palace casino, which is non-smoking, and has a great buffet. We also did a day trip to Pensacola.

We loved the area, and the accomodations. We would have liked to stay longer, once the sun came out. We would recommend both the area and the accomodations to anyone, and would be happy to talk about our trip with anyone who would like information.
