The luxury town house located near Disney World has just been recently decorated & re-furnished.The house is open planned and as you walk through the entrance you have a breakfast kitchen nook area with table and chairs.The kitchen then overlooks the living area.

With the exception of a downstairs washroom, all bedrooms and bathrooms are positioned on the first floor.The master bathroom is en-suite with a shower and there is a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms.

The house is fully equipped with everything that you require for a self catering vacation close to Disney World.The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a variety of appliances such as microwave, dish washer, range etc.You also have your own clothes washing machine and dryer.There are two TV's in the house both served with cable, one LCD with DVD in the lounge and the other in the bedroom.The house also has fast wireless internet connection to keep you in touch.The resort of Fiesta Key is very well located six miles from Disney World entrance, the resort has a club house, swimming pool & tennis courts. The resort is also gated & has excellent security. Your home is less than a one minute walk to the pool & club house.This really is a great place to vacation!

I am from Norway & own two properties on Fiesta Keys. I use them for vacations with my family & also rent the house to friends who love vacations in the US. The other months of the year I rent the houses which are managed by my local property managers.

Why Scott chose Fiesta Key

I chose the home due to the fantastic location. You are within minutes of everything. And being in this area in relation to Davenport etc you don't have the busy road to get to the attractions. This area of Kissimmee is much better. I also liked the Fiesta keys resort with the pool, club house & gated entry.

Smart stay in Fiesta Key

we have finish a 2 weeks stay this Christmas in the apartment in Fiesta Key and it was what we had hoped fore, covered all our needs, close to shopping, parks – nice swimming pool and a small training facility`s we are to come back

we have finish a 2 weeks stay this Christmas in the apartment in Fiesta Key and it was what we had hoped fore, covered all our needs, close to shopping, parks – nice swimming pool and a small training facility`s we are to come back

Perfect family vacation

We wanted the perfect family vacation & this home gave us this & more. The house was so claen & well looked after & had everything we required. The resort was also really good with a great pool & club house. We were in the Disney parks in minutes & loved the patio at the back of the house to relax after a long day in the parks.
We are planning on going back in 2013 we loved it so much. Look out for the wild life in the various ponds on the resort at night. Great fun!

So close to Disney

We have three kids & did not want to spend lots of time travelling to the parks & home at night. So many rental homes say they are close to attractions only to drive 45min home after a long day. We were in the Disney parking lot in 10 minutes from this home. Only two simple roads & turns & you are there! Perfect. The house was also excellent & had everything we neeeded. We were also impressed with the resort as this had a great pool, gated entry & club house. All in all we could not fault the entire trip.

We wanted to come to Disney for July 4th. We found this place on one of the web sites. The process was easy, the property managers were excellent & the house was such a good standard. The resort was great & we had free wifi to keep in touch & the best bit we were in Disney in a few minutes.

We normally visit Disney & stay in hotels but this time we opted for a private home. We could not believe the money we saved, the privacy & the facilities. And we saved money. The home was of a great standard on an amazing resort & we were in Disney in less than ten minutes. WOW

We stayed here in summer for the July 4th celebrations. The resort is so close to everything. We were in Disney within ten minutes and parked!
The house was so well maintained and the resort had more than we needed. We plan to rebook soon
