Five Bedrooms, three baths, and lots of charm - freshly painted & furnished!
This Texas-sized home welcomes you to the quaint Hyde Park historic neighborhood, which is just north of downtown Austin and only 2.3 miles from Texas Memorial Stadium. With four king beds, two twin beds, a fold-down couch, a large living room, spacious kitchen, separate den and three and a half bathrooms, this home guarantees comfort for up to 11 guests. Its wood floors and spacious rooms add to the relaxing atmosphere your getaway calls for.
For smaller groups, the downstairs (3/2) can be rented separately.
Shipe Park/Pool, mom & pop shops, local restaurants, bakeries, and cafés are an easy walk and the bus stops a few feet from the back door. The University of Texas is only 2 miles away, and downtown just 2.8 miles. St. David's Hospital, Brackenridge Hospital, Seton Hospital, The Heart Hospital of Austin and The Dell Children's Center are all between 2-4 miles away.

Hyde Park is an even mix of city life with a quaint feel. With much of Austin's action happening within a 3 mile radius, you'll have quick access to the University of Texas, downtown, the Austin Convention Center, and many other Austin happenings. Conveniently situated between Red River and Guadalupe street (and a straight shot to I-35), you don't have to be a master navigator to drive around. And, if you don't feel like driving, you can simply step outside to catch the bus that stops within 30 feet of your front door. Also, with a few varieties of local restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk, you don't have to venture far for a night out. Or, when you're not feeling like a tourist, you can also walk to Shipe Park or one of the nearby cafés, and simply lay low.
This home is also ideal for large groups, looking for 3 - 5 bedrooms - up to 11 people (though we are NOT a party house). You can bring your large group for weddings, seminars, SXSW, UT games/events, ACL, F1 and more.

Wonderful stay in Austin!
The rooms were all spotless and well-decorated, and the bathrooms were new-looking and clean.
The only downside was that the internet was a little slow.
Nonetheless, we appreciate the feedback, and will look into it again, just in case.
