My fiance and I came to the east coast for the first time last month for our friends' wedding. Our friends live in D.c. right in the Adams Morgan neighborhood. We were looking for a condo close to them but also within walking distance to many of the popular d.c. sites/ monuments and good restaurants. This place fit all of our criteria and then some. It is a great location, clean, easy to find. The owner Allen was great and easy to deal with and always answered any of the questions we had right away. We will definitely be back to visit our friends and we when do we always want to stay here!!

We had a great time visiting Washington DC for the Inauguration. The apartment was perfect for our week long stay in DC. It is located in a great neighborhood. I have recommended both the apartment and the owner to our friends that are planning to visit DC. The owner was very accessible by phone, and provided great customer service.

The basement was exactly what you would expect. It served its purpose. Good for a couple, or three people- anymore (we had 4) and it was not very comfortable. The owners were very helpful.

Being a single woman in my 30's and traveling alone, it was important for me to be close to everything (so that I didn't have to drive!) but feel safe in the heart of the city. I have felt right at home in this cozy basement apartment located in the heart of Adams Morgan, just steps away (literally about 15 STEPS) from a great Indian restaurant, lots of restaurants, shops and bars. It's actually hard to believe that it is so quiet in the apartment being so close to everything, but there's not a peep at night. The upstairs of the apartment is an office so there may be the occasional phone ring during the day but evenings and weekends you won't hear anyone at all.

This apartment is absolutely HUGE compared to others in this neighborhood and price range. I had a friend from the city come by and their response was "How on earth did you find this place? It is huge for Adams Morgan!" You'll also feel very safe. There are locking gates on both the front and back doors. The same friend commented "It's like you are living in a fortress! No burglars are getting in here!"

The owner is very friendly and attentive. During my stay I thought I had lost my keys and called him in a panic. He was nearly two hours away at the time and told me not to worry- that he was on his way. (A few minutes later I found them in my coat pocket, but the point is, you will feel very attended to while having the privacy you want.

There is a washer and dryer in this place too. (Another bonus), large TV, SUPER high speed internet, and everything you would need during your stay inside. But the coolest part is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.

I will definitely be staying here again. It's one of the best rentals I've found so far, and I work in the tourism/travel business traveling for work often so that is saying a lot.

The description is accurate. The place was perfect for a short visit to DC. It was clean and well maintained. We loved the area. So close to a variety of bars and restaurants. I am glad we stayed in Adams Morgan. I would stay here again if I were to vacation in DC.
