This condo is located right on one of Austin's famous greenbelts and creeks...Walnut Creek Greenbelt. The facilities include
Marble counter tops, stained concrete floors with chic rugs, stainless steel appliances, Asian antique and handmade furniture, walk in shower, fireplace, and patio with bar table overlooking natural greenbelt.
Amenities include shaded cable, high speed internet, Wii, pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, clubhouse, workout facility, BBQ pits and picnic tables right on the greenbelt. If you are heading downtown just go a few steps to Austin Metro bus stops or 1 mile to the Metro train or drive and get downtown in 10 minutes. The Domain is a great place to shop, eat, and relax and is right around the corner. Nature jogging trails literally right out the back door and nearby coffee shops are a great place to relax. There is a Starbucks within walking distance, the Taco Shack or Java Cafe for breakfast, and plenty of ethnic food and fine dining.
We are both proud to say that we are some of Austin's few truly native Austinites...born and raised...and we love introducing people to our great city. We love telling people the best places to go to play, explore, and relax.
This condo is the perfect combination having a relaxed natural setting on Walnut creek jogging trails and being right off of Loop 1 which is the ONLY WAY to get around Austin (for your own sake PLEASE stay off of I-35 if you can!). We've put all the extra touches on the property totally remodeling it in just the last few months. We love the location and back porch view!
Get anywhere from Round Rock outlet malls (north) to Austin's famous Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and 6th street (south) in less than 15 minutes drive or hop on the bus or rail which are right nearby.

Exquisite Home Away From Home
I would recommend this vacation rental to friends and family. Good location, easy access to downtown as well as lake and hill country.
Great Condo and location
One night is not enough...
The location was easy to find very conveniently located between Austin and Round Rock. Besides the green belt, there are also lakes within short driving distance.
The next time I'm in the area with my family, I will definitely try to stay here again (the bunk beds will be great for my small kids) and spend more than just one night!
