This is a newly renovated and nicely upgraded home in the best part of the complex, with no neighbors behind and beautiful view of the woods and the colorful Florida sunsets. The home is one story, with easy access and beautiful tile in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the living room/dining room area. It is located on a cul-de-sac, very close to an idyllic pond. This home is in a very peaceful setting, yet has easy access to theme parks and other attractions.
The unit has TV in all rooms and free online access, as well as bedding, towels, flatware, glasses and cutlery.
IMPORTANT: This property is professionally managed by a local, high-quality company. This means that if there are any issues, you have somebody there to help you right away.
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with pool view and a nice King bed as well as direct access to a nice private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Two other nicely decorated bedrooms have Queen beds. One has its own bathroom. The boys and girls will love to have Mickey and Minnie watch over them when they go to bed after another busy day in our nice vacation Paradise! If they prefer SpongeBob, one of the other rooms has two twin beds, sporting SpongeBob decor. The third bathroom is easily accessible from the pool area as well as the other bedrooms. In addition, the large sofa in the living room easily converts to another double bed. Our home also has a crib and a high chair if you bring babies or toddlers along.

These are the movie parks in Orlando. These two parks are located next to each other, with the world's largest Hard Rock Cafe in between. Here you can experience the spectacular rollercoaster 'The Incredible Hulk', where you are shot out and into a twist. Or what about a visit 'Back to the Future'? Maybe a 3D experience with Shrek and his friends is of interest?
Sea World
Sea World is a certain family's favorite. You can move between fantastic animal shows at a comfortable pace. Grab the opportunity to see dolphins, sharks and killer whales up close. Do not miss 'Kraken', den tallest, longest and fastest rollercoaster in Orlando.
LegoLand
The brand new LegoLand is a short drive south of Sandy Ridge. It has lots of fun adventures for the younger set, and is well worth a visit.
Wet'n Wild Water Park
This is a large water park, located by International Drive, with activities for the entire family. Here you can enjoy everything from challenging water slides with free falls, water tunnels, water spirals and wave pool, to separate pools and activities for children. There is also a sandy beach, beach volleyball court, many eateries and an arcade.
Gatorland
Gatorland is a one-of-a-kind, protected habitat for man and beast where adventures lurk around every corner! Internationally known as the Alligator Capital of the World, Gatorland's 110-acre theme park and nature conservatory is located in Central Florida at the head of the Florida Everglades. Once you have experienced Gatorland, it will be hard to believe that it began in 1949 as a roadside attraction!
Busch Gardens
Busch Gardens is an amusement park for the entire family. In addition to stomach-churning rollercoasters, you can here meet animals such as giraffes and lions. This beautiful park is definitely worth a visit. Try Sheikra, a new attraction where you're hanging upside-down for five seconds before you fall 90 degrees straight down.
Discovery Cove
At Discovery Cove you can swim with dolphins. You'll find an artificial beach, great snorkeling opportunities and a waterfall among the park's many attractions. In addition to swimming with dolphins and mantas, you can snorkel with tropical fish, and experience sharks almost too close for comfort.
Kissimmee Old Town
Kissimmee Old Town is THE destination for all who are interested in motor bikes and old cars. Every Saturday night there is a parade with big, old American cars. There is also a circus, rodeo, bungee jumping, human cannon balls, racing track, etc. On stage, they play hits from the 50's and 60's, and there is line dancing. The place has lots of specialty stores and bars you cannot find anywhere else.
Kennedy Space Center
About one hour drive east of Orlando you'll find Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral. Here you can experience various aspects of American space flight in sound and pictures. If you are lucky you might even experience a rocket launch!
Daytona Beach
From Daytona International Speedway to the Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, there's plenty to do and places to see in the Daytona Beach area. Be sure to bring your camera and sunscreen! You can even drive your car on the beach just like early land speed record holders did. Daytona Beach is called “The World’s Most Famous Beach”. It is the Mecca for all car racing and has hosted about 80 years of motorsport events. I 1931 Sir Malcolm Campbell in his Bluebird set a new land speed record of 245 m.p.h. at Daytona which he improved several times, pushing past 300 m.p.h. in 1935. Today, Daytona 500 is considered NASCARs’ most important race, drawing millions to Florida or to the TV screens in February each year.
Richard Petty Driving Experience
Do you love speed and excitement? This is your destination! Here you can drive (or be a passenger in) a real American Stock Car on a track. The location is Walt Disney World Speedway in Orlando, and you will be driving Nascar Style Stock Cars with about 600 horsepower. What an experience!

Orlando is a Mecca for golfers, with more than 300 golf courses in the area. The tropical climate makes golfing a fantastic experience year round.
