Even with the difficulties facing Estes Park, our condo thankfully had no flooding. Nearly all of the shops and restaurants are now open with even more opening daily. Highway 36 and Highway 34 are re-opened so it's easy to get here. It's a great time to be in Estes with the quiet of winter and time to truly relax and enjoy the wildlife as well as the Christmas lights twinkling downtown. The sound of the river out your door, time to stroll and shop the boutique stores downtown getting ready for a festive holiday season, the brilliant blue skies and the white snow on the mountains will make this a vacation to remember.
This newer property includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king and an adjoining area with a queen bed, a media room with a full bed plus two pull out couches and 2.25 baths. It can sleep up to 8 people in beds and is perfect for couples or families.
We have been in Estes Park for 34 years and know and love this town. We have both retired from our first careers in Estes and 15 years ago moved on to buy the BigHorn Restaurant. Our daughters were born and raised in Estes Park. This past September we retired (again) and are truly enjoying the place we live!
This property is a wonderful location with its view of the river and the convenience of downtown.
We love the openness of this condo and its southern exposure. We also think the location is premier and the construction is top quality and only three years old.
