The House is located in a very silent community neighborhood with protected access to it but only a few minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. House and interior is very elegant, absolutely comfortable and regarding comprehensive Internet TV program available fulfilling every need even. A very detailed and useful home description is provided by the owner to manage all electrical items in and outside the house and gives very good information about things to visit in and around Las Vegas - compliment!
We only stayed three nights and weren't capable to use all features of the house like the outside area with pool - we would like to come back for a longer stay next time!

This house was very nicely decorated and well stocked with cooking utensils and basics. The appliances were first class. There were nice TVs in the 2 bedrooms and living room. Comfortable seating arrangements and soft blankets for naps in the living room. Huge walk in shower was awesome. The hosts and housekeeper were very helpful. We would love to stay here again.

This condo is in a quiet little community about 2 miles from Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip). It was a $12 cab ride to the Bellagio each day (not including tip) - I was there for a conference. At first I was a little worried that the area looked sketchy but I was actually very nice and I felt quite safe. The convenience of having my dogs with me, an extra bedroom so that my mother could stay and have a vacation too, and having a kitchen made this a great alternative to staying in a hotel on the strip. The condo is exactly as described in the photos and write-up. It is well appointed inside although the bed in the master bedroom is so high that I almost had to use a step stool to reach it. This was probably the only real downside that I could mention. One thing that I really appreciated was the customer service. Blair made sure that we were informed about everything along the way. From our reservation to our departure we terrific informative emails about how to get into the property, what the gate codes were, how to run the appliances, access the wireless, etc. He also responded very quickly to emails. This can make or break a homestay and so I appreciated the information and response very much. I would stay there again.

Very convenient to the Strip. Unit is clean and comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. Difficult to find upon arrival and exterior not well lit so it was a bit daunting to get in. Manager is very responsive to emails and housekeeper answered our call to talk us through finding the key. We took our dog and it was nice to be able to leave her for periods of time to eat or gamble. Hotels generally limit the time you can leave them, if they allow it at all. Kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you might need. Did not use the hot tub as it's very big and would take a long time to heat up. Heat is uneven through the house so I ended up using the throw blankets they provide pretty much whenever we were in the house. Downstairs bathroom was so cold I never used it but bedroom I slept in was a comfortable temperature. In the summer, it's probably very cool though. All in all, I would definitely consider staying here again, particularly for the proximity to the strip.

We arrived on Friday evening in the dark but had very good driving directions from the owner.
The condo was spotless & well supplied. There were condiments & coffee in the refrig/freezer & sparkling new small & large applances to make the kitchen complete.
The hot tub was ready & waiting for our use (which was also spotless).
We felt safe & secure. I didn't give a second thought as to leaving our belongings when we left.

The rodeo finals were in town but the traffic was not a problem. Great location.

This was the first time to use VRBO & will do it again.

We are looking forward to staying there again.

Stayed here for three days. Very spacious and well equipped (including massive fridge with ice dispense, washing machine and dryer, TV in bedrooms, two toilets etc). Hot tub (although did not use), BBQ and small back yard are a bonus. The strip is not too far away and walkable in 20 minutes or so (although everyone seems to drive or take a taxi in LV!). The property manager was very informative and helpful before, during, and after the stay.

This is a cute end-unit in a safe complex with the added bonus of being only a ten minute drive to The Strip.

This property is in a quiet complex and is comfortably and tastefully decorated. It also has just about every item you'd need during your stay.

The owner was very responsive and informative before, during, and after our stay. We never felt like we were "on our own" if there was an issue (there weren't any).

I think this would be a great rental for two couples or a small family. We stayed with our dog - with permission! - and were very cozy. There were plenty of areas and paths to walk our pooch within the complex.

All in all, everyone was happy with our stay. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit Las Vegas.
